read any of the historical documents upon which our
forefathers based their philosophies of life, good,
and evil, and if you have read the related documents
that were generated by the founders, including the
Federalist Papers. So why is it that over the last
200+ years, so many people don't really understand
what it says. Example....THERE IS NO RIGHT TO
"FREEDOM OF RELIGION". Everything has some
clarification, or exceptions, or just common sense
to consider, not only by changes in society, but
also by the meddling of supreme court justices
exercising partisan political views, or just plain
pandering to a squeaky wheel society. Read it to see

sex rehab stay, his wife's plans for divorce, as
well as the dates & tournaments in which he will
play.

Obama has been in office for a year-and-a-half, yet

1) Cannot find any of his childhood friends or
neighbors
2) Cannot find any of Obama's high school or college
classmates
3) Locate any of his college papers or grades
4) Determine how he paid for both a Columbia

They just can't seem to uncover any of this. Yet,
the public still trusts that same press to give them
the whole truth! Simply amazing, isn't it?
Here's A Chance
To Put My Foot In My Mouth! or Why I have never been
called to jury duty and most likely will never be accepted for
jury duty.
Congress has an
11% approval rating because of slugs like Henry
Waxman. When will he be held accountable for his
incompetence?
If I were on the jury, I would
insist that the government provide proof, not the
nonsense they presented for the Scooter Libby trial
or even the Blago trial. There are many cases where
federal officials, from DOJ to congress and the
White House, have abused their powers because of
vendettas towards certain people. One might ask how
anyone could be guilty of lying to congress when
congress lies to the American people daily?
1. The trainer testifying against him
is motivated to say whatever the government wants
his to say in order to diminish his own sentence.
Prosecutors saying they are not pressuring him has
often been shown to be untrue.
2. The trainer claims to have evidence- syringes
with Clemens DNA. There is no chain of evidence that
would make any evidence of this type meaningless.
For the trainer to have syringes with Clemens DNA
would be a normal occurrence. Getting his DNA/blood
into a syringe used with something other than B-12
is easily accomplished.
3. Relative to ones character and integrity. Clemens
wins by a landslide.
4. There is no correlation of Clemens performance as
an athlete to the use of the items in question.
There are hundreds of pitchers whose physical
appearance and pitching capabilities parallel
Clemens development as an athlete, a man getting
older and doing intense training. Clemens was known
for intense physical training. His pitching skills
and experience counteracted many of the changes an
athlete experiences with aging. The effects of
steroids on pitching skills would be virtually
impossible to determine.
5. Anecdotes recalled by Andy Petite do not equal
facts. Human communications are often frought with
mis-communications in terms of mis-speaking, mis-hearing,
and out of context.
6. Clemens never failed a drug test.
7. I watched the hearings and it was clear from the
start that several Congresspersons were
grand-standing and were hostile to Clemens
throughout the testimony and in interviews after the
hearing. Henry Waxman in particular showed obvious
bias and jealousy of Clemens physical stature, his
career, and he showed abusiveness to a person that
had voluntarily come to a congressional hearing, not
expecting it to be like the Spanish Inquisition.
All things considered, I don't know whether Clemens
is guilty of lying or not, but I do know that the
so-called evidence that has been discussed so far,
is no evidence. Clemens is innocent until 12 people
are convinced that there is no reasonable
alternative interpretation of the evidence
presented. All I see so far is another congressional
abuse of power. Not Guilty

Protection Agency (EPA) to

give itself authority it doesn’t
have. Thankfully, one state is
resisting: Texas.

Environmental Quality Chairman
Bryan W. Shaw call the EPA’s
actions an illegal power grab
and in a letter to the EPA they
wrote:
"In order to deter
challenges to your plan for
centralized control of
industrial development
through the issuance of
permits for greenhouse
gases, you have called upon
each state to declare its
allegiance to the
Environmental Protection
Agency’s recently enacted
greenhouse gas
regulations — regulations
that are plainly contrary to
U.S. laws… To encourage
acquiescence with your
unsupported findings you
threaten to usurp state
enforcement authority and to
federalize the permitting
program of any state that
fails to pledge their fealty
to the Environmental
Protection Agency.
On behalf of the State of
Texas, we write to inform
you that Texas has neither
the authority nor the
intention of interpreting,
ignoring or amending its
laws in order to compel the
permitting of greenhouse gas
emissions."
It would seem that
the states are exhibiting their states rights. The
federal government is acting like a dictatorship, in
the way that Hugo Chavez runs Venezuela. The people
of Texas support the people of Texas, and all
American citizens. Tell Obama to go to hell Texas.

Obama's Stimulus Claims Apparently, they consider
the White House claims to be exaggerations and outright lies. So
what did anyone
expect. They are spending almost a trillion dollars to create
jobs that are estimated to cost about $200,000 per job. Did
anyone expect that they would admit that the program is a
failure? Have you ever heard Obama or Biden accept personal
blame for anything?
Cutting the Cost
of Solar Power
The claim:
Government stimulus money will lead to "cutting the
cost of solar power in half by 2015, putting it on
par with the cost of retail electricity from the
grid." This claim is made
in the face of a similar program in Spain that is a
total failure.
The facts: That
projection assumes a huge payoff from stimulus
spending on technology improvements in solar energy.
Nelson, who has worked in renewable energy for 25
years, called the prediction "highly unlikely,"
unless there is a big increase in utility-scale
solar power projects.Sterzinger said there was too
much uncertainty in the world economy to make such a
prediction.
"Projecting from the last few years looks at the
effects of a global recession that lowers material
costs and a temporary glut of module manufacturing
capacity," he said. "They have influenced cost but
are not based on any technology innovation."
Obama has zero
economic experience. In fact he had no real life
experience when elected. His on the job training has
been a failure, because virtually all the people
around him have no real life experience. His
economist advisors are leaving before they destroy
their ability to ever get a job again. If you were
an economist, would you like Obama advisor on
economics, on your resume?
The Job-Killer-in-Chief 23,000 jobs lost so far,
thanks to job-killer Obama, whose incompetence and lack of
experience, gets in the way
of economic recovery from the Gulf oil spill .
As predicted, the
unwarranted moratorium on drilling in the Gulf, has
cost 23,000 jobs so far. There is also the spectre
of $5.00/gallon gasoline and much higher heating
bills as we approach winter. How many jobs will that
cost? It appears that Obama has a greater fear of
voter backlash from another drilling issue than the
backlash from another 23,000 unemployed workers.
Let's tell him what we think of his policies in the
upcoming elections, by sending as many Democrats
homw that we can. The Democrats think that most
Americans are as dumb as their supporters, but the
election will tell them they are wrong. Their
standard lies and accusations won't carry the day
this year. They are in control of government and
they have to defend the indefensible....their
record.
Un-employment was 4.8% in January
2007. At that time the "real unemployment" was just
about the same, because we had what economists call
full employment. Now the governemt says regular
unemployment is about 9.6%, but real unemployment is
about 17%, because of people that have run out of
benefits and/or given up looking. So what has Obama
done for the millions of Americans that want a job?
Well he has killed some more jobs with his infantile
economic politicies. Policies that have never
worked, but Mr. Job-Killer thinks he knows more than
the history of the world. So for 19 months, with no
end in sight, he has done NOTHING meaningful to
create jobs. All he does is sent the idiot VP to
make speeches that "everything is OK, the signs are
positive:. Well, that's OK is you are an overpaid
government worker, but it is not OK if you have lost
your house, your family, and have no hope that this
president is even working on the problem.You want

Have Bill O'Reilly and Glen Beck
Been Duped By Obama? Do we really expect that
news analysis is based upon taking a documented
liar at their word? O'Reilly and Beck can do better than this.
Fair and balanced! You decide! How about

On recent programs, both
O'Reilly and Beck made similar comments about Obama
and the poll that showed 1 in 5 believed he was a
Muslim. Their statements said in part "Obama is not
a Muslim, because he has said he is not, and we
believe him". There was no challenge to their
statements, nor should there be, except someone
might have asked them, Do you think Obama with his
record of lies, obfuscations, misleading statements,
flip-flops, etc., is capable of telling a lie about
his religion?"
One might suggest that his reluctance to make his
personal history more transparent, as he "promised"
during his campaign for office, could be based upon
him trying to obscure previous lies about his
relationships with Rev. Wright, Bill Ayres, the
Chicago mob, and the Democrats insistence on making
glowing claims about his academic
achievements and work history?
Based on the plethora of
conflicting information about Obama, a rational
person might not accept any statement from Obama
without some factual basis beyond his word. O'Reilly
and Beck owe their audiences more than a casual
assent to a claim by a documented liar. You need go
no farther than the health care debate on the issues
of cost, transparency, etc. There are hundreds of
websites documenting his lies on just about every
subject that has arisen. Is he a Muslim? We don't
know, but we do care about every lie that he has
uttered to achieve the presidency, and to deflect
criticism of his agenda.
In politics, probably no one has
escaped without having to change a position on some
subject, but when the majority of Americans reject
your agenda, and you lie to deceive them about the
reality of your agenda, that exceeds the level we
expect and tolerate.

the unemployment rate was 4.7%. Since they have become the
stewards of our economy,

claims from 39,697 total black farmers?
Shirley Sherrods family farm gets $13 million
dollars for nothing more than being black. Obama
sponsors the bill to reopen a settled claim that
results in a total of $1.25 billion dollars given to
black farmers. When this fraud
was exposed a few weeks back, Shirley has become
unavailable. Obama continues the Democrat mantra of
"it doesn't matter".

The Gravy Train The Democrat congress has

the Democratic Congress will not allow an increase
in the social security COLA (cost of living
adjustment). In fact, The Henry J. Kaiser Family
Foundation predicts there may not be any COLA for
the next 3 years.
However, the per person monthly Medicare insurance
premium will be increased from the 2009 premium of
$96.40 to $104.20 ( +$7.80) in 2010 and to $120.20
for the year 2011 ( + $16.00 next year) .
Congress also gave themselves a $3,000.00 a month
Cost of Living Adjustment!!!!! That's $36,000 per
Year !!!!!

CITIZENS- Remember this when you vote !! Blame this

Backstage 8/23/2010 Why can't the mosque
permit be denied as inflammatory to public safety? We
don't need to be lectured about the Constitution
and freedom of religion. As you will read below, there is no
Constitutional right to freedom of religion.
What we need is consistent interpretation of what is written,
and what exceptions are allowed. There is more than one
exception for
public safety reasons, to the Constitution.
From Obama to
the left wing loonies, lot of people think that the
NYC mosque issue is about "religious freedom".
But lets be clear. "Religious Freedom" is the title
of Amendment 1, not the defined right. The defined
right is as follows:
Congress shall
make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; .......
So "religious freedom" which has
no bounds or definition external to the Constitution
itself, cannot be used relative to whether or
not a mosque can be built as envisioned on the site
envisioned. If the
"exercise" of religion is their
justification, it too is bounded by various laws and
codes of the city of New York as a minimum. But if
the laws and codes of New York trump "religious
freedom",. why not then have "public safety" be a
consideration also. As a matter of fact, public
safety is one of the reasons you cannot shout out
FIRE in a crowded (not quantized) theater, which of
course is also abridging Amendment 1.
Where is a law that says that the mosque can be
denied a building permit because of public safety?
In most jurisdictions, you cannot add a driveway
entrance to your property without an impact review
for public safety!

You are innocent until proven guilty.
Proof of guilt is the unanimous agreement of 12 of your peers.
The government presented insufficient evidence to convince 12
jurors of Blago's guilt.
Therefore it is logical to conclude that because his 12 peers
did not find him guilty, he thereby remainsinnocent.
Two examples of the
political corruption in Chicago
I would believe that
the framers of our Constitution would agree, that a
second trial for Blago would be inconsistent with
the 5th Amendment. The only people that would
disagree with this analysis are those that consider
the Constitution only when it fits their purposes.
Government definition of
"hung" jury. When an innocent person is accused
of a crime and a jury cannot come to a unanimous
agreement on their guilt or give an affirmation of
their innocence, therefore they can be retried over
and over, with different juries, until they can get

that has been involved with national security,
whether as a law enforcement official, a government
security official, or just a employee of a defense
company handling classified information, you know
that there are always malcontents internal or
external threats to America. Because of this we

security, is that we are capable of electing a
President that has no problem thinking of himself as

qualify for. That is a flaw in our system of
government, because the Democrats did elect a person
that we cannot even be sure is an American citizen,
let alone being a natural born citizen. He and his
supporters claim he is smart, but they offer no
proof of his "intellect". No school records, no
executive experience, an economic illiterate, and in
general a person that you would be hard pressed to
list any accomplishment accepted by a majority of
the American people. In short, he is a failure. So

are protected by law, providing they comply with the
American law. Religion based laws have no

environment. So how long does it take
for a new president to accept the fact,
that all unresolved problems from the
previous administration, are eventually
his own. Well in the case of an incoming
president (Obama) with no executive
experience, they will be blaming the
previous administration and everyone
else on earth, for their own inabilities
to resolve issues. This is the case of
Obama versus George Bush and the world.
How many people out there would own up
to "voters remorse". Obama is the

example of someone totally running
amok with his combined arrogance and

When will Obama learn
that the job of the president is not to swim to the
bottom of the ocean to plug the leak. We don't
expect that from the president. What we do expect is
that he address the energy needs of America, seeing

Dear American liberals, leftists,
social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama
supporters, et al:
We have stuck together since the late 1950's for the
sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest
election process has made us realize that we want a
divorce. We know we tolerated each other for many
years for the sake of future generations, but sadly,
this relationship has clearly run its course.
Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will
not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's
just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and
chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our
own way. Here is a model separation agreement:
Our two groups can equitably divide up the country
by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will
be the difficult part, but we are sure our two sides
can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it
should be relatively easy! Our respective
representatives can effortlessly divide other assets
since both sides have such distinct and disparate
tastes. We don't like redistributive taxes so you
can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges
and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we'll
take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the
military. We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry
and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel. You
can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell.
You are, however, responsible for finding a
bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of
them.
We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations,
pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street.
You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers,
food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies
and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan
hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks. We'll keep
the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .
You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll
retain the right to invade and hammer places that
threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war
protesters. When our allies or our way of life are
under assault, we'll help provide them security.
We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values. You are
welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political
correctness and Shirley MacLaine.. You can also have
the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill.
We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks and oversized
luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon
you can find. You can give everyone healthcare
if you can find any practicing doctors. We'll
continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a
right. We'll keep "The Battle Hymn of the Republic"
and "The National Anthem." I'm sure you'll be happy
to substitute "Imagine", "I'd Like to Teach the
World to Sing", "Kum Ba Ya" or "We Are the World".
We'll practice trickle down economics and you can
continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.
Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our
history, our name and our flag. Would you
agree to this?
This video
shows the extent to which Obama will go to oppose
America's right to see proof of
his claims of eligibility. He has spent millions of
dollars to prevent this information from being
released for public scrutiny. We can all recall his
statements that this material would be released
after the 2008 election. We can assume these
statements were just more LIES.
Obama is NOT legally eligible to be president.
This is the only conclusion a rational person can
assume to be true. There is no legitimate excuse for
Obama to not produce his birth certificate, plus any
records necessary
to prove what he claims to be true.
It is
just a matter of time until he either provides
proof of his eligibility or he will be impeached.
If the Democrats don't join in the demand for his
birth certificate,
then they are equally guilty of violating their oath
of office.

Does
anyone know who you have to be to have
standing, that would allow you to bring
the suit against the hustler in the
White House. We are insulted as a
society every day that Obama thinks he
does not have to prove his eligibility.

there are sufficient grounds for
congress to open an investigation of
this issue. Must we wait until after the
Republicans take back one or both of the
houses of congress to have some honesty
and justice in our government.
Nancy Pelosi and her gang accused the
Republicans of corruption in 2006, and
she was going to "clean the swamp" and
have the most honest government in
history. I guess she hadn't met Obama
yet.

There are a lot of
important problems facing America today.
Most of those problems have been caused
by Obama, champion
of the clueless. So why must we waste so
many hours debating whether or not Obama
is legally eligible to be the president?
Well, he has brought that upon himself
also. I haven't even looked for the
video, but I heard him defer providing
necessary
documents until after the election- from
his wife's racist thesis, his birth
certificate, school records, etc.
We recently found that the Democrat
congress refused to verify his
eligibility after the election, but
before the electoral
college voted. What did they know that
prompted that decision? They have tried
to marginalize those Americans that
want to see the proof. The Democrats
invented the word "birther". The
Democrats have smeared every inquiry
that just
seeks the truth as to whether our
Constitutional requirements were met.
This guy has spent the last 18 months
making
a fool of himself and the American
people, by abusing his role as
president. A recent poll by the Cypress
Foundation of only Democrats
showedthat over 60% of Democrats want
Obama to put this issue to rest, by
providing all necessary documents.
Believe It Or Not
The new Republican governor
of New Jersey answers a left wing reporter, the way
these idiot reporters should be answered. With as
much disrespect as he can muster.
We are all well aware that today's
legacy media pays more attention to trying to make a
conservative look bad, than reporting honestly on
issues.

Unemployment Why so long, when will it
end.
America wants to get back to work. Obama works to prevent a
return to prosperity.
1, The government
doesn't talk about "real" unemployment. The real
unemployment figure is about 16%, counting all
unemployed Americans that want a job but cannot find
a job. There are about 6 million illegal aliens
employed in America, and Obama wants them to become
citizens. We all know he doesn't give a crap for
them personally, but he is looking for more
Democrats in 2012.
2. When Obama took office, he came to a fork in the
road. To the right, his choices included the
measures taken by John Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, and
his predecessor, George W. Bush. This way was
highlighted by getting more money into the private
sector, stabilizing the economy, etc., to stimulate
"growing our way out of the recession". Obama took
the left fork in the road. The path of FDR and Jimmy
Carter, which was to spend your way out of the
recession. This way is called Keynesian Economics.
You can look it up, and you will find that it has
NEVER worked-in theory or in real life, anywhere on
earth. The Keynesian way included more deficits,
more national debt, and higher taxes. He jammed
legislation through congress, that while solving
some problems, has obligated the US taxpayers to a
bottomless pit of more debt, via government control.
The same control applied to Medicare, Medicaid,
AmTrak, the Post Office, etc. Since the passage of
Obamacide, projected costs have increased by
hundreds of billions of dollars......so far.
3. Back to unemployment. With hundreds of billions
of dollars of the stimulus bill unspent, Obama
proposes to add additional debt to extend
unemployment benefits, in the face of congress
having said all new spending must be offset by
reductions some place else. Where do you draw the
line, when your government is borrowing 43% of every
dollar they spend. It is your children and
grandchildren that will be required to pay down
today's borrowing.
4. Obama's solution is to politicize and blame
everyone else for his poor judgment in trying to
rebuild our economy. He has models from history, and
from other countries. NONE of his policies work.
Green jobs don't work Stimulus hasn't worked.
Obamacide won't work. This doesn't mean that the
societal issues cannot be solved, but it does mean
that his approach to solving them is childish. So
when they fail, he just looks for others to blame
for his incompetence.
5. This article could go on and on, about illegal
aliens, the gulf oil spill, issues/exceptions in
Obamacide, and so forth. The American people tell us
via polls taken almost daily, that the Obama agenda
has been thoroughly rejected by the American people.
Democrats in 2010 will be thrown out of office in
droves. Obama himself will be gone in 2012, but
those unemployed today, and/or since 2008 may still
be unemployed or underemployed by 2012. So what are
we to do? Believe Obama's rhetoric of shifting
blame? Hardly. Obama will be a cancer on our country
until he is either impeached, or retired in 2012.

Arizona Governor can force
Obama To Release His Real Birth Certificate...and more!
Instead of defending against the federal lawsuit, Gov. Brewer
can demand a
Writ of Quo Warranto, and see how fast Obama either releases all his hidden
records to prove he is
a natural born citizen, or he will start packing his bags to
leave the presidency.
Governor Brewer, or any sitting
governor, for that matter, has unique standing
to challenge Obama on this issue and resolve the
constitutional crisis he has perpetrated on the
nation by his refusal to prove that he is a “natural
born Citizen” by filing a Writ of Quo Warranto.
The American people are looking to Governor Brewer
to defend her state as she is doing, but also to
challenge a hustler who has most likely assumed the
office of President through deceit and fraud. He has
been abetted in this by the Democrat party.
There is an enormous amount of circumstantial and
other evidence which points to a foreign birth for
Obama, and by his own admission, he was born a dual
citizen. He has also carefully described himself as
“a native citizen of the United States of America”
but not a “natural born Citizen.”
Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5 of the U.S.
Constitution states:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a
Citizen of the United States, at the time of the
Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to
the Office of President; neither shall any Person be
eligible to that Office who shall not have attained
to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen
Years a Resident within the United States. It is
impossible for Obama to be a “natural born Citizen”
if he was born with dual citizenship, and “native
born” is not the same as “natural born.” Since he
has never shown his original birth certificate, we
also do not know his actual age. Natural born
citizen also requires that both parents be citizens
of the United States, without dual citizenships. His
father was a citizen of Kenya and the United
Kingdom. This issue occurred once before, when
President Chester A. Arthur discovered after he left
office, that his father had dual citizenship, of the
US and United Kingdom, which if discovered earlier,
would have disqualified him to be president.
The Democrat controlled Congress refused to check on
Obama’s qualifications for office, despite thousands
of requests to do so by concerned constituents
before the certification of electoral votes in
January 2009. Not acting on this issue, all those
Democrats that obstructed an investigation were
violating their oath of office to comply with the
Constitution.
For Arizona, it makes no sense to mount an expensive
legal defense when Governor Brewer can simply file
the Writ of Quo Warranto and ask Obama “By
what authority” his Department of Justice is suing
her state and naming her as a defendant. In fact, if
Obama cannot then prove his eligiblity to be
president, he then has no authority to do
anything nor to direct anyone else to act. If that
is the case, Obama and his entire government will
be removed from office and a new presidential
election held.
You may have read that Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely
(Ret.) has called for Obama and his regime to do
just that, and he believes that Obama is hiding
something very significant about his background from
the American people. For someone to spend almost
$2,000,000 to hide his birth certificate and other
records, he certainly must have some purpose beyond
modesty.
Public Opinion in
US Is Anti-Muslim !
What do you expect from someone you vote for? It
doesn't seem to be a requirement that they fulfill the oath
they gladly take in order to board the gravy train. Once in
office, they believe they are superior to those they
represent, so that their own opinions, beliefs, and loyalties to
a political party, trump their obligation to the voters.

Have you ever noticed how many
issues require massive public opinion and
demonstrations in order that those elected to
represent us in government do not institute
idiotic laws, waste money, and various other
outrages that should be obvious to a ten year old.
The examples are endless. Sex
education for 5 year olds. Obamacide. Arizona
immigration issue. Well the video at the left,
discusses the proposed building of a mosque
virtually next to the site of the 9/11 outrage.
The elected representatives of the people, Mayor
Bloomberg, etc., say that it is OK with them. They
see no negative correlation of a 10 story mosque
built in the shadow of the new buildings planned for
the 9/11 site, and nothing to the symbolism of
Muslim history, which appears to be behind the
selection of the site. This is not a gift from
Muslims trying to atone for the actions of some
radicals within their religion, but a symbol of
their intended subversion of American values in
favor of their own.
The issue that should scare us
all, is that the politicians that are supposed to
represent the people, do not represent the people
unless there are massive demonstrations against
their intended actions. Does this sound like the
America our founders envisioned? Why do we vote at
all, if the people we elect have no obligation to
represent our wishes, and they violate the
Constitution at will? It is becoming apparent, that
there must be term limits and recall procedures, for
the people to make sure that those elected fulfill
the expectations of those that elect them. But watch
the video, and think about the New York City
politicians that bend over backwards for radical
Islamists, but forget who they work for.

Condemns NAACP For Racist Resolution Isn't it about time that
we stop the politically correct crap? The NAACP is a lobbying
group supporting
the Democrats, because the Democrats will pander to anyone.
Remember that Robert Byrd of the KKK, and the Democrat
majority in congress in 1964/65 voted AGAINST the Civil Rights
Act. It was the Republicans that supplied the votes necessary
to make that landmark legislation law.

Parties" and stand
against the
movement's attempt
to "push our country
back to the
pre-civil rights
era."
In a matter of
hours, the St. Louis
group drafted and
fired off to the
NAACP a resolution
demanding the
organization
withdraw its
"bigoted, false and
inflammatory"
statement. The
missive accused the
NAACP of resorting
to political tactics
and urged the IRS to
reconsider whether
it can continue to
qualify for
tax-exempt status.
Tea Party organizers
routinely defend
themselves against
charges of racism,
disavowing racially
charged signs that
appear in their
protest crowds and
provide fodder for
Tea Party critics.
The NAACP
resolution, first
reported by the
Kansas City Star,
was expected to make
reference to an
incident in March
when Tea Party
protesters allegedly
hurled racial
epithets at black
lawmakers on Capitol
Hill ahead of a
health care vote.
Tea Party members
afterward challenged
that account and no
evidence was
produced to show any
racist attacks.
The NAACP reminds
one of the child
that cried wolf.
They have played the
race card too often.
What have they to
say about the
Democrats with signs
saying "Behead those
that don't support
Obamacare". Are they
representative of
all Democrats. Do
all Democrats want
to behead all those
that disagree with
Obama? Grow up,
NAACP and stop

A Tea Party
supporter, Andrew Breitbart, has offered a $100,000
reward for anyone who has any video/voice evidence
to support that allegation. Subsequent
investigations of the event have shown that Nancy
Pelosi and others in her entourage were lying. It
was noted also that the lawmakers had deliberately
taken this particular route in an effort to provoke
the public gathering that was there to protest
Obamacide.
A St. Louis
Tea Party organizer wrote on the group's website
Tuesday that the Tea Party stands for smaller
government and fiscal responsibility, and accused
the NAACP of abandoning black America. Anyone with a
brain must be aware that America has been brought to
the brink of bankruptcy by the cowardly, reckless
governance of the Democrats and Obama, according to
Tea Party members who support the concept of anybody
but an incumbent Democrat.
Personal note: I have attended several Tea Party
events in the Houston area. The people there were
orderly, they were Republicans, Democrats, and
Independents, white, black, hispanic, asian, etc., and they were all patriots that
believed that the Obama agenda, Obamacide, and just
about everything
else supported by Obama and his
lemmings in congress are wrong. ALL polls show that
the American public thinks that congress (Democrats
in control) and Obama, have accomplished nothing
during his tenure as president, and that Obama has
revealed himself as a hustler, clueless as to be the
president of anything. Teleprompler speeches,
and flying around the country to raise money for
Democrats, is no substitute for the ability to solve
problems. Think of unemployment just for one.
Obama talks about 9+% unemployment, and says the
economy gets better when only 400,000 new people are
out of work in a week. Wake up folks. Real
unemployment is 16.5%, not 9+%. People that
are discouraged, ran out of benefits, also count as
unemployed. Get the truth and you will see that all
they are doing is lying and lying some more. Throw
the bums out.
One additional
thought about the NAACP. The NAACP and the Democrats
are desperate, and will resort to "inventing" racism
issues that don't exist. The NAACP represents many
people that are dependent upon government and the
nanny state, and the Democrats are trying to
preserve their seats on the DC gravy train. So a
message to them.... there is nothing you can say
that will change the minds of millions of Americans
that know the enemies of our constitutional republic
are those
Democrats that use the nanny state for as source of
votes. Ask Charles Barclay, what have the Democrats
ever done for minorities beyond nanny state
handouts. Ronald Reagan was right when he said a
rising tide lifts all boats. What has Obama done to
get America back to work. NOTHING. Real unemployment is 16.5%
who want
a job and cannot get a job. Illegal Aliens cost
American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars
each year. If you can read this, go look it up and
find out the truth, not the pablum offered by
Democrats lying to get elected. The Democrats
created OBAMACIDE.
Good Neighbors and
a Fence A fence is usually a
symbol for containment, exclusion, and/or the definition of
boundaries. As a border
between sovereign countries, it is primarily used to prevent
infringement on the rights of citizens in the country that
builds the fence.
A fence on the US border with Mexico would serve this exact
purpose. Before the existence of the nanny-state mentality
in the US, there were fewer instances of depriving US citizens
of rights, by someone from another country, whether
legally or illegally present in the US. But that was then, and
this is now. It is the DC politicians that have created
the bulk of the illegal alien issue that we face today, and the
only reasonable solution left, is to demand that
only legal immigration be allowed, in accordance with U.S. law.

1) An invasion is the
illegal entry of one or more persons into an entity
owned by others, which results in the depravation of

always been scarce, so that lawlessness has always
been an option for its citizens. Illegal aliens

I received an
email this morning describing the young men and
women that defend freedom for the US and other
countries of the world. These are typical Americans
just a step or two beyond high school, who volunteer
for the dangerous, yet sometimes not appreciated
missions of our armed forces. There was however, one
description missing from the email, which we would
like to share with all American patriots, which is a
warning to those that would deprive us of our
Constitutional rights and freedoms.
These
young people that serve America, its principles and
values, will in a time of extraordinary internal
conflicts, stand with the people...We
the People....
not the government. This is the nature of the people
that defend other peoples freedom. They do not risk
their iives to defend tyranny.
So to all those
socialist ideologs that believe that they can change
America into something like the societies our
forefathers fled from hundreds of years ago. You
will lose....at the ballot box, and if necessary,
any place else where the choices are between our
Constitution and your looney concepts of Utopia. We

In a
Las Vegas speech yesterday (July 9, 2010) Obama
accused the Republican, Tea Party endorsed candidate
as a "fringe candidate". Well we know the record of
Obama, Reid, and Pelosi over the last 18 months, so
we can compare that record versus a generic fringe
candidate for any office in opposition to Obama and
crew.
Obama, and candidates he has openly supported, have
been routed in every election held since his
inauguration. We know that all three supported
Obamacide, increased taxes, dithering on every major
issue, opposed securing the border with Mexico, and
probably another dozen or so issues where they are
in opposition to the American people.
We
also know that all three are LIARS, socialists, and
have raided the US Treasury for their personal gain
and that of their friends. They have appointed
unqualified people to cushy jobs in government, and
probably worst of all, they have ignored the 16%
real unemployment level, spent us to the brink of
bankruptcy, and spent their time placing blame for
their failures on others.
So who
are we to believe? A generic fringe candidate, or
Obama, Reid, and Pelosi? Well it seems that in most
polls, the generic fringe cnadidate seems to outpoll
Obama and company. The Anybody except
Obama/Reid/Pelosi candidates appear to be doing
pretty good. As we have noted numerous times, their
support comes mainly from people that are dependent
upon government for their sustenance, whether it be
jobs, subsidies, or whatever else. Demographic polls
of people that provide for themselves, are in the
military, live outside of dense population areas,
all show that Obama and his agenda are soundly
rejected.
So to
summarize, in the opinion of many, ignore the words
he reads from his teleprompter. Watch what he does.
His actions rarely agree with his words. He has no
hesitation to lie to achieve his goals.

budget that

include a two-year wage
freeze for nearly 6
million government
employees, and nearly
$17 billion in welfare
cuts. Only two areas
were declared off
limits: foreign aid and
health care (note to
GOP: repeal Obamacare
fast -- once created,
national health care is
a one-way ratchet). Some
areas, such as defense
and education, will face
smaller reductions --
meaning some departments
could face cuts upward

Kagan “Ignorant” of
Constitutional Principles Obama has trouble
distinguishing between a constitutional liberal and a rabid
liberal. It is the duty of the
opposition party to determine the validity of her nomination,
and to deny her nomination if she is not qualified.
We cannot confuse affability with competence when determining
issues related to meeting the requirements of our Constitution.

News' reports: Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn has
provided some of the most probing exchanges with
court nominee Elena Kagan. He's raised questions
about Kagan's generally liberal political beliefs,
and contends that Kagan would usher in vast
expansions of government power as a member of the
Supreme Court.
Coburn ratcheted up his critique of Kagan, saying
she hasn’t been as forthcoming about her views as
she should be, and questioning her interpretation
of the Constitution’s Commerce Clause as well as her
expressed willingness to follow court precedents
over origninal intent.
“I think the thing that's very worrisome is that she
has a very expansive view of the Commerce Clause,
and I find that she's ignorant of the Constitution's
limitation of that, especially what our Founders
wrote.
“And her reliance was that, ‘Well, here's the
precedent that's been set, and we can't go back to
original intent,’ which comes back to another thing
that she said earlier in the hearing -- is that
precedent trumps original intent. And I think most
Americans would reject that. If that was the case,
then we would have never had Brown vs. the Board of
Education, and Plessy-Ferguson would still be the
law. And to have a Supreme Court nominee that
actually says precedent trumps original intent is
worrisome.”
Most constitutional
scholars would respect precedence to a degree, but
original intent, especially in cases relating to the
enumerated powers of the federal government versus
those powers retained by the states and the people
are critical to the proper functioning of our
society. In the case of the Commerce Clause, the
so-called precedence was established during WW2, by
a court stacked to help FDR address the long running
depression. Accepting its precedence would expand
the federal governments enumerated/limited powers as
established by the founders.
There
are strong indications that Elena Kagan is a rabid
left wing ideolog, who does not have any judicial
experience, and has spent her professional career as
an advocate for left wing radical causes, far to the
left of mainstream liberal thinking.
Surely, there are more qualified people with
judicial experience and records of opinions
and rulings to determine any bias in their
decisions.
We
recommend that there is sufficient evidence to
suggest that Ms. Kagan is not qualified for a
lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, and her
nomination should be denied.

there some problems with Wall Street. Of

is perfect. Does Democratic "demonizing"
of Wall Street add intellectual content
to the discussion. Of course not. It is
just their way of trying to gain
political advantage by lying and
misrepresentation of facts. Sound

Democrats do.
Big Oil
Big
oil is the reason why you can heat your
homes, drive your automobiles, fly
around the world, utilize plastics, and
on and on. In the text above for "wall
street", just substitute "big oil". Big
oil is now being blamed for the Gulf oil
spill. Of course they drilled the well,
and it failed on their watch. But does
anyone think they did it on purpose? Of
course not. They are doing their best to
fix the problem, and they will pay for
the damages they caused. Obama likes to
demonize people and businesses, but are
his hands clean? We all know how he
"dithers" about any decision, but his
dithering has resulted in billions of
dollars of damages that could have been
avoided, if he didn't ignore and then
obstruct BP and the states from
addressing the problems with all options
available.
Health Insurance Companies
Following
the Democratic demonizing of whatever
they identify as bad, health insurance,
pharmaceuticals, etc., must be the scum
of the earth. Of course I don't have to
detail the good they do here, but there
are a few things that needed
improvement. Note that the rules and
regulations they imposed were based upon
keeping their businesses afloat. They do
not have the resources or authority to
do some things that the federal
government can do, which would enable
them to improve what they do. They
cannot ignore government regulations,
they cannot levy taxes , and most
importantly, they cannot print money.
Once again, this is not the place to go
through the faults of Obamacide, but the
Republicans offered alternatives that
would address the faults of the market
based private insurance systems, without
the massive government intrusion and
additions to our national debt. But
Obama wanted to demonized the health
care industry, in order to have the
government take over 1/6 of the US
economy. We are all awaiting the
Republicans/Independents/Tea Party
taking over congress, and Obama's 2012
removal, to remove this obscene program
from American life.
The
purpose of this article is to show that
Democrat demonizing of people that
disagree with them is a poor strategy to
present to the American people.
Elections are supposed to be about
issues. Look at the 3 issues above, that
the Democrats have demonized
"non-Democrats" for one reason or
another, but they have nothing to say
about why their approach would be any
good at all. Look at the polls. The
American people DO NOT support the
Democrat/Obama position on ANYTHING !!!
Pick any issue- Discuss what the issue
is.... it is not, for example Wall
Street. It is what is wrong, and do the
American people support what the
Democrats offer as a solution to
whatever is wrong. What is wrong with
Big Oil? They had an accident, drilling
in areas deeper and deeper, because of
environmentalists pressuring/paying off
congress, not wanting drilling in
shallower waters, thereby more visible
areas. Health insurance? The costs have
skyrocketed because congress has not
addressed the illegal alien issue, which
has added hundreds of billions to our
health care costs. When you address the
realities associated with all the
current issues, you don't solve the
issues by demonizing those that don't
agree with your idea that big government
can solve the issues. In the 200+ years
of our society, government has proven
that they are the solution to very few
issues. They cause more than they solve,
and they have led us into 15 TRILLION
dollars of debt.

Why Obamanomics Has Failed
Allan Meltzer Obamanomics is based upon
Keynsian principles that have never worked
in the history of the world. One might ask, "if Obama is so
smart, why would he embrace an economic theory that has
never worked ?" Why would he ignore economic solutions
that have worked ? One might think he had
another agenda-one that didn't include resolving the
economic mess
created by the Democrats.
Obama's
Economic Team
A well respected
economist from Carnegie-Mellon University says
Obamanomics has failed because uncertainty
about regulations and future taxes is the top enemy
of economic growth. Administration economists and
their supporters neglected the long-term costs and
consequences of their actions. The Obama economic
team ignored history.
The two most successful fiscal stimulus programs
since World War II — under Kennedy-Johnson and
Reagan — took the form of permanent reductions in
corporate and marginal tax rates. Economist Arthur
Okun, who had a major role in developing the
Kennedy-Johnson program, later analyzed the effect
of individual items. He concluded that corporate tax
reduction was most effective. The contrast between
the Obama and Reagan administrations is striking.
Reagan reduced marginal and corporate tax rates and
slowed the growth of non-defense spending.
Recovery began about a year later. After 18 months,
the economy grew more than 9 percent and it
continued to expand above trend rates. THe only
growth relating to Obama policies, is that
government has grown, in terms of people and
intrusion into our lives.
Almost daily Obama uses rhetorical to
castigate businesspeople who have the audacity to
hope for profitable opportunities. Another
defect of Obamanomics was that part of the increased
spending authorized by the 2009 stimulus bill was
held back. Remember the oft-repeated claim that the
spending would go for shovel ready projects?
That didn't happen, though spending will flow more
rapidly now in an effort to lower unemployment and
claim economic success during the fall election
campaign.
The New York Times reports that, during a recent
visit to Wisconsin, Obama both criticized
Republicans and argued the economy would have been
worse without his spending and policy agenda. I just
want everyone to remember — we’ve tried the other
side’s theories,” he said. “We know what their ideas
are. We know where they led us.” “So now we’ve got a
choice: We can return to what we know did not work,
or we can build a stronger future. We can go
backwards or we can go forward. And I don’t know
about you, but I want to move forward in this
country.” (Ed. Note: Obama
is clearly lying about the policies of
Kennedy-Johnson and Reagan. As noted above, both of
these presidents addressed inherited recessions, and
led the country back to prosperity using
historically proven policies, not policies that
Obama has utilized, which have never worked,
anywhere on earth. Emphasis- OBAMA/KEYNSIAN ECONOMIC
POLICES HAVE NEVER WORKED .)
So
going forward to Obamanomics means ignoring previous
policies that worked, in favor of embracing policies
that have never worked. Obama's economic illiteracy
has led to the financial ruin of millions of
unemployed US workers, while on the other hand he
talks about amnesty for 7 million illegal aliens
holding non-agricultural jobs that should be
available to US citizens. Have you had enough of
this a**hole? Can anyone see any purpose in letting
the Democrats and Obama continue to punish American
citizens, as they pursue their radical, reckless
agenda of destroying this country along with
the lives of millions of Americans? How has hope and
change worked out for you? Ask the people that lost
their jobs due to the National Socialist Democrat
Party.

taken up the Obama Eligibility Story with a a hard
hitting story that is sure to enlighten many people
to the things that you have been reading here every
day at Impeach Obama Campaign.com. According to the
story, "A Former Hawaii records official is sending
shock waves through Washington, D.C., by revealing
there is absolutely no birth certificate for Barack
Obama."
The Globe continues: "I had direct access to the
Social Security database, the national crime
computer, state driver's license information,
international passport information, basically just
about anything you can imagine to get someone's
identity," says Timothy Adams, who served as senior
government records clerk in Honolulu in 2008.
"There is no birth certificate. I was informed by my
boss that we did not have Obama's birth record."
According to the
Globe, "The repercussions of Adams' stunning
disclosure could bring Obama's presidency to an
untimely and disastrous end."
The fact of Obama's ineligibility is slowly being
revealed across the country. Keep forwarding these
pages to your friends and encourage your friends to
do the same. Before long, with the voice of the
American people calling out in a deafening shout,
even the Mainstream Media will be forced to sit up
and listen. And then, even Barack Hussein Obama will
be forced to sit up and listen. And he won’t like

President Obama gave
a speech at American
University in
Washington D.C.,
blaming partisan
politics for
Congress' inability
to pass
comprehensive
immigration reform
(amnesty). The
President also noted
that our borders are
as secure as they
have been in decades
and that America's
immigration laws are
unenforceable.
In an incredibly
hypocritical
statement, the
President said that
employers must be
held accountable for
knowingly hiring
illegal aliens,
despite the fact
that under his
administration, the
Department of
Homeland Security
has virtually
stopped criminal
prosecutions of
employers who hire
illegal aliens and
has completely
stopped ICE's
worksite enforcement
actions. On top of
this, President
Obama's Justice
Department is asking
the Supreme Court to
overturn Arizona's
mandatory E-Verify
law -- a law that is
proving effective at
getting unemployed
Arizonans back to
work. Perhaps the
President is unaware
that 25 million
Americans cannot
find a full-time
job, while an
estimated 7 million
illegal aliens hold
non-agricultural
American jobs.
The President's
contention that
America's borders
are more secure than
they've been in
decades is ludicrous
His claim would come
as a major surprise
to the law
enforcement
officials and
ranchers who have
been shot or shot at
in recent months by
illegal aliens and
to the human and
drug smugglers
operating there with
impunity. All of
which he would know
if he took the time
to visit the border
and talk to those
trying to secure it
or to those living
near it.
Laws? What laws?
President Obama
maintained the
fallacy that the
United States'
immigration laws are
simply
unenforceable. I'm
not sure how the
President would know
this, as he has
actively prevented
them from being
enforced. When he
took his oath of
office and swore to
faithfully execute
the laws of the
land, he didn't say.
"except those laws I
don't like....like
immigration laws."
Unfortunately, he
was specific about
one thing: his
support for an
amnesty for the
11-18 million
illegal aliens
living in the United
States. Even though
he admitted that
these individuals
came here to take
jobs from US workers
who desperately need
them, he still wants
Congress to give
them an amnesty so
they can permanently
keep the jobs
they've stolen from
unemployed legal
workers. In fact,
apparently wanting
to ensure that no
illegal alien is
left behind, the
President called on
Congress to pass
three
amnesties---the
DREAM Act, AgJOBS,
and blanket amnesty
as part of
comprehensive
immigration reform.
It is disappointing
that the 7 million
illegal aliens with
non-agricultural
jobs are more
important to the
President than the
25 million Americans
who are unable to
find full-time work.
Finally, his
politicization of
the issue is
offensive. The
President talked
about all the
different groups
he's met with,
representing all
kinds of views,
faiths, and beliefs.
Unfortunately, the
only groups he
hasn't met with are
those who represent
the American people,
who oppose amnesty
and his apparent
plan to ratchet up
already too high
legal immigration
levels. He claims
that Republicans are
the ones blocking
comprehensive
immigration reform.
However, the last
time I checked,
Democrats control
both the House and
the Senate, and if
President Obama does
not have the votes
to force an amnesty
through Congress, it
is because many
Democrats,
like most
Republicans,
actually represent
their constituents
and oppose amnesty.

Obama Re-defines "What Makes
a Person An American".
We beg to differ with Obama's
definitiion of an American. There is a time and place for
patriotic rhetoric, relative to what makes an American.
To refresh Obama's memory, while he might like to defuse those
questioning his eligibility to be President, he is WRONG again.
Calling people names, "birthers, etc." might seem cute to some,
but if Obama had nothing to hide, he wouldn't be hiding all of
his vital records.
So we might come up with another Obama nickname.
1. American
citizenship. This applies to all legal
interpretations of the law. We can accept that some
people that aren't citizens, can share our values,
and we can sometimes consider them an American in
spirit.
2. One
place we draw the line is for our President and
Vice-President. Our Constitution is quite clear,
that to insure there are no other nationalistic
bias's or loyalties to other soveign states, to be
eligible to be President, you must be a NATURAL BORN
CITIZEN. To some that might be confusing, but as a
historical document, we know the meaning and reasons
why our founding fathers, idistinguished between a
citizen and a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN
A NATURAL BORN
CITIZEN must be born of two citizens of the United
States of American, with no secondary/dual
citizenships/loyalties to another country.
Barack Obama's father
disqualifies Obama's eligibility to be President, as
his father was a citizen of Kenya and Great Britain.
It doesn't matter where he was born. John McCain was
born in Panama, but his parents followed the rules,
and he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
It is no mystery as
to whether Obama is a US citizen. He is NOT. When
will the American people get a proper investigation
to settly this issue one way or another?

California is first in may ways. First to approach
bankruptcy. First to be a banana republic. Whatta state! From the L. A. Times
1. 40% of all
workers in L. A. County (L. A. County has 10.2
million people) are working for cash and not paying
taxes. This is because they are predominantly
illegal aliens working without a green card.
2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for
illegal aliens.
3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los
Angeles are illegal aliens.
4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are
to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal, whose births
were paid for by taxpayers.
5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention
centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County
are living in garages.
7. The FBI reports 50% of all gang members in Los
Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from Mexico
and Central America.
8 Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are
illegal aliens.
9. 21 radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.
10. In L. A. County 5.1 million people speak
English, 3.9 million speak Spanish . .
Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our
crops, but 29% are on welfare. Over 70% of the
United States' annual population growth (and over
90% of California, Florida, and New York) results
from immigration.29% of inmates in federal prisons
are illegal aliens.
There
does not seem to be any correlation with these
statistics and legal immigrants. Yesterday, July 1,
2010, Obama made another pointless speech, trying to
sway the American people to think securing the
border was not the first step to solving the
immigration issue. He quoted (incorrectly) the words
on the Statue of Liberty, which were not created by
an American patriot, but by a Frenchman mocking his
own government. Castro took those words to heart
when his deal with Jimmy Carter resulted in the
transfer of Cubans mental health problems to
America. So listen to the Democrat rhetoric and
decide for yourself whether securing the border
first makes sense, before you start changing America

Election Commission, the Supreme Court struck down a
law that had been used to stop the advertising or
showing of "Hillary: The Movie" during the 2008
presidential campaign. No one doubts that the movie
was critical of Hillary Clinton and that its release
was timed precisely to hurt her presidential
campaign. What the court couldn't abide was letting
the government decide when a movie crossed the line
and became too political. The ruling eliminates bans
that corporations and unions have faced in trying to
influence elections 30 days before a primary
election or nominating convention, or within 60 days
before a general election.

Journal reports that Krugman's
criticism has turned him into
the anti-Hasselhoff and boosted
Weber's popularity as he pursues
the top job at the European
Central Bank:

advisory panel known as the Wise
Men, tore into Krugman — and
Obama — in an op-ed in the
German business daily Wednesday,
titled “How about some facts,
folks?”

America Versus The
Democrats Increased Taxes and
reckless spending is not the road to prosperity. The Democrats

root cause of most recessions for the last 100 years.
It is the Republican policies of reducing taxes, cutting federal
spending, and encouraging private sector growth, that
has led America out of Democrat caused recessions, time and time

The federal

our nation. Rewarding law-breakers is not what

The party of "do what
I say, not what I do", the Democrats, is behind this
affront to all Americans, in a brazen attempt to
increase their voting bloc of those dependent on the
government for their subsistence. While most
Americans support the philosophy of a helping hand
to those in need, it was never intended to create of

It

correct answer must be Arizona. While Arizona has

might lead to racial profiling". Do you think that
Mexican drug banditos look like Mother Theresa? They
look like Mexicans with guns.
Any law could lead to
racial profiling. What about jay-walking or
littering? Racial profiling can exist in
anything, but who cares as long as the profiling is
not arbitrarily applied to a particular race because
of historical evidence, rather than direct evidence
related to a specific infringement of the law.
Illegal aliens are probably 98% Hispanic, primarily
Mexican. It would appear to be a step towards
financial sanity for police to assume that someone
detained for a legitimate discussion of an
infringement of the law, without any means of
identifying themselves might be prime candidates to
be illegal aliens, especially if they are Hispanic
as opposed to white skinned, freckled, with the map
of Ireland on their faces.
Hey Dem's! How's Hope and
Change Working Out For You? The ink isn't dry on Obamacide,
and they are facing shortfalls that will require tax increases in
addition to the tax
increases you knew about yesterday. Tomorrow will be another day with
possibly more taxes for more shortfalls.
Even though President Obama made 39
separate speeches in his pitiful attempt to explain
Obamacide healthcare plan, he
"forgot" to mention a brand new personal income
tax on healthcare that will commence in 2011. Employers will
be required to add the value of each employee's company
health plan to the W-2s sent out at the end of each year.
So, in addition to traditional wage income, employees will
be required to pay tax on company-provided healthcare
benefits. If your health plan is valued at $10,000 and
you're in the 20% tax bracket, you'll pay a tax of
$2,000, which you've never had to do before.
Democrats- are you convinced yet that
the only solution to the financial mess, recession, and
increased taxes is to dump the Dems?

says putting the value of your insurance coverage on your
W-2 forms is "just for information". While under other
circumstances, one could give the benefit of the doubt to

Oval Office
address on the gulf oil spill
that he could barely get himself through the
first part of BP-bashing, and some "I feel your
pain." At the end of the speech -- the
let-no-crisis-go-to-waste part that tried to
leverage the Gulf Coast devastation to advance his
cap-and-tax climate-change agenda -- that Obama
became interested in what he was reading from the
teleprompter..
From Washington, by presidential command and with
tens of billions of dollars thrown around and with
the liberal conceit that scientific
breakthroughs can be legislated into existence,
Obama proposed to give us a new industrial economy
based upon technology advances that are not
achievable in anyone's crystal ball in the required
time frame.
Previous
administrations have tried to legislate technology
breakthroughs for decades with ethanol, which
remains a monumental boondoggle, economically
unviable and environmentally damaging, and
with Jimmy Carter's attempts with synfuels,
into which we poured billions. Bad technologies or
bad timing, they didn't provide any solutions.
Note that Obama no
longer talks about Spain, which until recently he
repeatedly
cited for its visionary
subsidies of a new clean energy
industries. Spain, unfortunately, is now on
the verge of bankruptcy, because of its reckless
embracing of the liberal mantra of "subsidize it and
it will overcome physics and economics". They are
now pledged to reverse their disastrously
bloated public spending, including severe cuts in
subsidies to its
uneconomical photovoltaic
industry. But this doesn't stop Obama
from thinking that he can mandate into being a
superior substitute. His argument is- if we
can put a man on the moon, why not this? Only
a technological illiterate could honestly attempt to
frame any argument on this premise.
Sadly, we don't know
how to make renewable energy that matchs the
efficiency of fossil fuels. In the interim, it is
Obama and his Democratic lemmings, who are unwilling
to use existing technologies to reduce our
dependence on foreign (i.e., imported) and risky
(i.e., deep-water) sources of oil -- twin
dependencies that Obama decried in Tuesday's speech.
He also ignores the relationship of our present
economic issues, including massive unemployment,
that he exacerbated by suspending operation of
operational deep water wells. All of this-the new
lost jobs, increasing dependency on foreign oil,
etc.- is all due to his incompetent handling of the
spill, which if properly handled by GOVERNMENT,
would have resulted in no need for any Oval Office
speech.
Then he lies some
more. "Part of the reason oil companies are drilling
a mile beneath the surface of the ocean," said
Obama, is "because we're running out of places t\o
drill on land and in shallow water." Running out of
places on land? What about the Arctic National
Wildlife Refuge or the lesser known
National Petroleum Reserve
-- 23 million acres of Alaska's North Slope, near
the existing pipeline and designated nearly a
century ago for petroleum development -- that have
been shut down by the federal government? Running
out of shallow-water sources? How about the Pacific
Ocean and its vast U.S. coastline? That's been
off-limits to new drilling for three decades. We
haven't run out of safer and more easily
accessible sources of oil. We've been run off
them by environmentalists who are willing to take
the benefits of a vibrant economy, but put emotion
and scientific illiteracy ahead of the best
interests of America.
Our illiterate in
chief wants to take us to this green future
"even if he's unsure what that looks like even if we
don't know how we're going to get there."
Here's the Democrat plan. Tax carbon, spend
trillions and put government in control of the
energy economy, all based upon scientific guesses by
non-scientific people, with a track record of
failure upon failure.

bother Massachusetts lawmakers, that illegal aliens were
living in their state, taking full advantage of social
safety programs for citizens, but all of a sudden, an

Obama's repeated
references to Energy
Secretary Steven
Chu's Nobel Prize,
Matthews said, now
make him want to
"barf." He compared
Obama with former
President Carter.
Host Keith Olbermann,
who normally
wouldn't hesitate to
lavish praise on
Obama for coughing,
was almost as blunt.
"It was a great
speech if you were
on another planet
for the last 57
days," he said. Even
Howard Fineman, a
font of Washington
conventional wisdom
and a huge fan of
the president,
suggested that Obama
wasn't acting like a
commander in chief.
All three liberal
commentators agreed:
The speech contained
little substance and
far too few
specifics. Even
Obama's fans are
catching on to a key
feature of his
political success.
Biographer David
Mendell described it
before Obama's
election as his "his
ingenious lack of
specificity. ...
While talking or
writing about a
deeply controversial
subject, he
considers all points
of view before
cautiously giving
his own often
risk-averse
assessment, an
opinion that often
appears so universal
that people of

a crisis is afoot,
such hedging no
longer helps Obama
become all things to
all men. Instead, it
makes him appear
unprepared. He is
once again the state
senator who voted
"present" 130 times,

one occasion was
present and near the

Dutch Consul Slams Obama's
Foot-dragging On Oil Spill
Three days after BP’s
Deepwater Horizon drilling
platform exploded in the
Gulf of Mexico, the
Netherlands offered to help.
Ships could have set about
clearing the oil using Dutch
sweeping arms, but the US
government didn’t take up
the offer. Dutch Consul
General Geert Visser in
Houston told Radio
Netherlands Worldwide he was
disappointed.
The US response, says Mr
Visser: “‘Thanks for
your help, but at the
moment we can manage
ourselves.’ And that was
it.” He puts the
reticence down to pride.
Late
Weeks later the pride
was forgotten and the US
came to the Dutch for
help after all. “Almost
a month later – a month
too late, of course –
Washington did make a
request to send the
sweeping arms to Houston
in Texas,” says Mr
Visser. “They arrived in
three 747s, ten days
later. They were then
transported to Louisiana
to be mounted on ships.”
US ships are now fitted
with the arms and should
be operational within a
few days. Each pair of
arms can clear around
20,000 tons of oil a
day.
Experience
Mr Visser thinks Dutch
experience with water
management and dyke
construction may have
played a role in the
change in US attitude.
“They evidently realised
that the Netherlands has
superior equipment that
can work quickly and
efficiently.” The US
also initially turned
down another Dutch
proposal. The Dutch
knowledge institute
Deltares and dredging
company Van Oord put
forward a plan to build
a sand dyke stretching
for dozens of kilometres
within three weeks. And
here too, Washington
came round in the end.
Jones Act
Not only capricious US
decision-making has made
life difficult for the
Dutch companies, but
also protective US
legislation. Consul
General Geert Visser’s
pet hate is the Jones
Act: “It means that
Dutch ships, or whatever
other ships not under a
US flag, can’t operate
in US waters.” According
to the Jones Act, all
goods in US waters have
to be transported by US
ships.
On Wednesday it was
announced that oil
company BP is increasing
its capacity to capture
the oil escaping from
the leaking well in the
Gulf of Mexico. The
company has installed a
cap over the well. From
next week it hopes to
increase the containment
capacity from around
15,000 barrels a day to
28,000.
This information is from
a
Dutch website.
Does this sound like the
news you hear or read on
the major media sources?
I don't think so. Why
not? Because it just
highlights the fact that
Obama has failed to act
responsibly once more.

Washington is borrowing
forty-three cents out of every dollar spent and the
national debt has soared past $13 trillion. Unemployment

While much of the reckless spending of the past has been
bi-partisan, it is a historical fact that the Democrats have
truly earned the description of "tax and spend". If you
exclude the impact and accompanying costs associated with
9/11, the Republicans have a much better record of creating
an environment of growth and steady employment. Even with
the effects of 9/11, the Republicans still kept the federal
growth rate and deficits within manageable limits, while
keeping America safe from additional terrorist attacks.
In 2008, there was a natural
electoral swing from the incumbents, and the Democrats sold
America on a platform of hope and change. They got Obama,
and we got Obama. What did we get? Another tax and spend
Democrat, but this time we also got a narcissist that thinks
he can do no wrong. Look at the record. Skyrocketing
deficits, skyrocketing national debt, increased taxes,
Obamacide which must be repealed to save our medical system,
reduced national security, dithering on most critical
decisions, extending problems, excessive unemployment
and no new jobs being created because of Obama incompetence
and insistence on debunked economic theories, and on and on
dumb actions by a president who does not have the
intellectual capacity to deal with presidential problems. He
is a talker, not a doer.
We're broke and millions are out of work. Americans are
demanding that Washington get its fiscal house in order. In
fact, I gave a letter to the president signed by 100
economists that says the best way to get control of the debt
and help create new jobs is to cut government spending. But
Democrats aren't listening. They're not even passing a
budget.For the first time in 36 years, the House of
Representatives won't pass a budget. But don't be fooled:
Democrats want more spending, more taxing, and more
government - they just don't want to have to vote for it in
an election year.
So when it is time to vote in November, don't listen to the
Democrats try to justify what they have done. Look at what
they have done, and you decide if it makes any sense to
burden your children, grandchildren, and beyond for the
reckless spending of the tax and spend National Socialist

A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk
for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the
stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in
Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form,
hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not
exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now
teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
"There is no birth certificate," said
Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches
English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky.
"It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the
government there knows this."
Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended
up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic
nomination to Obama, told WND, "I managed the
absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters'
identity." He says during the 2008 campaign when the
issue of Obama's constitutional eligibility first arose, the
elections office was inundated with requests to verify the
birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.
We don't
know the truth any more than anyone else, but there is
sufficient doubt in Obama's truthfulness on a myriad of
subjects, to call again for Obama to present all the
documents he promised to provide the day after the election.
This includes his full birth certificate, his school
records, and answers to all the inconsistencies in his
background. We have not reason to believe Tim is lying, but
we have dozens of examples where Obama has lied.

voting against down payments on taxpayer-backed mortgages.

Mexico to meet U.S. demands.
Offshore oil provides a growing
portion of U.S. oil production,
and deep-water wells account for
a rising share of the offshore
output. The gulf provides about
40 percent of U.S. oil
production.
Note that most non-political
people, Republican or Democrat,
agree that expanding AFFORDABLE
energy sources to provide the
energy we need to expand our
economy and to eliminate our
need for Middle East oil
is in the best interests of the
US. The disagreements on the
subject are related to the
Republicans disagreeing with
Obama's plan to increase taxes
and your energy bills, to create
a carbon tax system that will
cost jobs and decrease everyones
standard of living. The
Republicans plan is to expand
known energy sources until
cleaner technology alternatives
are in place to make the US
energy independent. In summary,
the Republicans want a
technological solution that
increases jobs and our
standards of living, while the
Democrats want to have a
political solution that kills
jobs and lowers our standard of
living. Remember in
November, the Democrats in the
House approved legislation to
implement Cap & Trade
legislation.
Let us also not forget that
technological issues are
never solved by economists, via
tax schemes and redistribution
of wealth. The issue of climate
change will be solved when
technological knowledge and the
marketplace come together, with
energy sources and localized
devices that improve the
standard of living for all
Americans. There are no economic
solutions to develop increased
efficiencies for land based
transportation, powering jet
arliners, etc. For an example of
technology based opportunities,
consider the filament light bulb
versus LED lights. We seem to
have a technical solution, but
we still have to work out the
marketplace issues. The same
will occur with many other
opportunities, although don't
bet on windmills or
photo-voltaic technologies.

not are not viable today.
Obama Throws Israel Under The Bus......Again !
Jewish patriots should be frightened by Democrats. History shows that
like African-Americans, Israel
has more support from the Republican Party. It is the Democrats
that have pulled the rug out from under
the South Vietnamese, the Contras, Israel, and others. Do Jews support
Democrats because they cannot distinguish between

past twenty-four hours United Nations bodies have engaged in
a frenzied attack on Israel over the Turkish-facilitated
effort to end the naval blockade of Hamas-controlled Gaza.
In the process, the Obama administration’s Israel policy has
been outed.
With

the Lebanese presidency of the UN Security Council expired
at midnight on May 31st the Council unanimously agreed on a
Presidential Statement – with American approval. And in
Geneva, the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) unanimously
decided to invent new procedural rules and hold its
first-ever “urgent debate”, with no objection from the
United States.

Obama and the EPA are directed by the Clean
Water Act to take charge of problem on day 1 of
a spill. The fact that they have been avoiding
taking responsibility for the direction and
control of the problem, is another example that
these people are the Keystone Cops of politics.
The Clean Water Act clearly directs the
President and the administration to be in charge
of all clean-up and containment activities
starting on day 1. This is another example of
their incompetence. More to come on this story

that with an army of speechwriters, and a bevy of
teleprompters, if you are going to say something about an

assumption that the press would tell the unbiased truth, and
would serve as the watchdog for the people, on the actions
of government. Obama's statement is hypocritical.

mouth with his you know what, and instead of pearls of wisdom coming
from
his lips, he speaks dingleberries.
We already know what
the Democrats do when they have too much power, so how could

lives of the unemployed that he ignores, or the illegal
aliens that he ignores flooding our nation, bankrupting our
states, or the destruction of our health care system, and on

Dems Running Low On Serial
Liars, Will Hope To Stock Up in 2010 Richard Blumenthal, running to
replace Serial Liar Dodd, seems to be an ideal Dem candidate, but his
past
is catching up with him, as the NY Times is having a field day exposing
his history of lying for the sake of lying.
Did the Dems pick him because he is an adept serial liar, or in spite of
him being a serial liar?

Richard Blumenthal, the so called “Jewish
Jack Kennedy,” has a problem. After
being touted as a sure bet to take the retiring
Chris Dodd’s Senate seat, he is scrambling with
damage control after the
NY Time's report
on a slight little error in what he said was his
Vietnam service record. We have learned
something important since the days that I served
in Vietnam,” Mr. Blumenthal said to the group
gathered in Norwalk in March 2008. “And you
exemplify it. Whatever we think about the war,
whatever we call it — Afghanistan or Iraq — we
owe our military men and women unconditional
support.”
There was one problem: Mr. Blumenthal, a
Democrat
now running for the United
States Senate, never served in
Vietnam. He obtained at least five military
deferments from 1965 to 1970 and took repeated
steps that enabled him to avoid going to war,
according to records. The deferments allowed Mr.
Blumenthal to complete his studies at
Harvard; pursue
a graduate fellowship in England; serve as a
special assistant to The Washington Post’s
publisher,
Katharine Graham;
and ultimately take a job in the Nixon White
House.
In 1970, with his last deferment in jeopardy, he
landed a coveted spot in the Marine Reserve,
which virtually guaranteed that he would not be
sent to Vietnam. He joined a unit in Washington
that conducted drills and other exercises and
focused on local projects, like fixing a
campground and organizing a Toys for Tots drive.

Square bomber. Alibi Ike is also not talking
about Rep. Joe Sestak's (Dem-Pa) allegation that the White House
committed multiple felonies, by offering him
a federal job to drop out of the upcoming primary race with Sen.
Arlen Specter (Dem-Pa).
The video exchange
comes as President Obama and Republicans spar over
whether the administration is taking a tough-enough
approach to the war on terrorism. Critics want the
president to provide honest criticism, while Obama
and his advisers have sought to avoid offending a
religion that the President holds in high regard,
even over Christianity, the dominant religion of the
victims of radical Islam.
"I don't know why the administration has such
difficulty acknowledging the obvious, which is that
radical Islam might have incited these individuals,"
Mr. Smith, Texas Republican, said after the hearing.
"If you can't name the enemy, then you're going to
have a hard time trying to respond to them."

Holder refused to answer questions about the Justice
Dept. investigation of allegations by Pennsylvania
Democrat Rep. Joe Sestak, that the White House
offered him a federal job to drop out of the
upcoming Democratic primary against Arlen Specter.
Such an offer, if true, is a felony. Holder appears
to be ignoring Sestak's allegation, and Sestak is
wishing it would go away, as it looks like he will
beat Specter in the Dem. primary.
No One Is Laughing Except Obama- It's not a serious problem,
because it doesn't effect him directly, and he wants to reward
those that invade our country....if they vote Democrat.

tax? Then you may have to move to China after

me nothing to propose "free" anything. The
Republicans are forced to deprive the intended
recipient, because we don't have the money, so
they become the bad guys.Neat, isn't it? "
Obama trolling for
votes. If you are lucky, you will never notice the
difference between his rhetoric and reality.
The government has all sorts of programs that re-distribute
wealth if you are a non-white, an illegal alien, and so
forth. We know of a specific example of a person with a
small child that took almost a full year to get medical
coverage for a small child, via Medicaid. They met all the
qualifications except they were white.
We chanced upon a website the
other day, which could possibly termed the white persons
response to the bias and politically correct operation of
various government initiatives. Maybe the site goes to far,
but I suspect that if you read a few of the articles, you
might agree with the author.
Quite
honestly, we have only read one of the articles as of today,
May 8, 2010. We cannot vouch for the accuracy or viewpoint

people including people in Obama's
administration, stating that his words
were untrue, misleading, and inaccurate.
He is a proven liar, and while he mocks
Americans that question the veracity of
his qualifications to be President,
remember that his attorneys have blocked
the release of information freely given
by previous Presidents and presidential
candidates. So honesty and truth appear
foreign to his nature. Now in the face
of all sorts of analysis to the
contrary, he insists that Obamacide will
lead the US out of the financial mess
created by the Democrats. In the

millions have "reaped benefits" from
Obamacide so far". While he offers no
information to back his claim, we know
that the issue has never been whether or
not someone would benefit from
Obamacide. The issues have always been
about reducing the cost of health care,
and not having government take over 1/6

always been bi-partisan support to
increase the access to health care for
all Americans. The Republicans have

accomplish this without bankrupting

A report
issued today in Fortune Magazine and reported by CNN
indicates that the dire warnings of ObamaCide
critics concerning the consequences of approving the
costly legislation are
in fact well-founded.
The report points to internal documents from AT&T,
Verizon, John Deere, and several other large
corporations which show that executives are, in
fact, looking at the option of dropping healthcare
coverage for employees due to what they are sure
will be unsustainable increases in costs. These
costs will be so prohibitive that it would benefit
the corporations to pay the government fines
instead.

It was
further reported that Republican lawmakers are
crafting a new health care bill that will eliminate
the onerous features of Obamacide, and will not
require increased taxes or cuts to Medicare, while
meeting all of the bi-partisan access features of
recent Republican alternative bills that were
rejected by Democrats because they were market
based, not government based. The bills will be
disclosed prior to the November 2010 elections.
Republican spokespersons anticipate implementing the
bill will start before Obamacide coverages would
have started under the Obama plan, whether the bill
is signed by Obama, or the new president in 2012.
The
Race-Baiter/Liar-in-Chief Strikes Again ! Obama in
running for "Pest of the Year"
Speaking at a Town
Hall meeting in Iowa, Obama told the following
whopper: "You can imagine
if you are a Hispanic American in Arizona, your
great grandparents may have been there before
Arizona was even a state. Now suddenly if you don't
have your papers and you take your kid out for ice
cream and you're going to be harassed, that's not
the right way to go."
That's an extremely deceptive and misleading
statement. As previously stated, the Arizona law
specifically PROHIBITS "profiling." Under the
Arizona law, a law enforcement officer simply CANNOT
stop or detain a person randomly... without cause...
(or because that person "looks Hispanic").
And don't forget what a law enforcement officer's
first words to an offender are: License and
registration please. If you don't have them, you
have a problem-citizen or alien. And for the alien,
EVERY non-citizen in this country must have proper
paperwork on their person AT ALL TIMES, or they are
subject to arrest.
If, on the other hand, a law enforcement officer
stops a person for some legitimate reason... for
example... running a red light... or breezing past a
stop sign... the officer then has some latitude to
inquire or check the person's status. And why is
that important? Here's a real-life tragedy that
might put the Arizona law in perspective, courtesy
of the Heritage Foundation:
"Mohammad Atta, one of the 9/11 hijackers, was
pulled over in a traffic stop two days before the
9/11 attacks. If the officer had inquired about
Atta, he might have discovered that Atta was in the
country illegally and might have prevented his
participation in the attacks." That's possibly why
Arizona state senator Russell Pearce said that those
who are against the new Arizona law are... in
actuality... "against law enforcement, our citizens
and the rule of law."
The Arizona legislation will simply remove the
"political handcuffs" from police... nothing more...
nothing less... and Barack Obama knows it.
And a note to Rick Perry. Just
saying the Arizona law is not for Texas is NOT
ENOUGH ! If you want our votes, you must do
better than this....or goodbye to you also. We want
border security, and we don't want ILLEGAL ALIENS to
be rewarded for cutting into the legal immigration
line.
