Obama Fails Again
There is no end to Obama's
love-affair with his teleprompter, and his economic illiteracy. With the
gulf coast facing
difficult economic times on top of the Obama recession, why not Cap &
Tax,
which the CBO says will add up to $7000/year for a family of four. Attention Democrats. Can you seriously consider
voting for your own financial destruction
by supporting Obama and his Congressional sycophants??
You could see in Obama's
Oval Office
address on the gulf oil spill
that he could barely get himself through the
first part of BP-bashing, and some "I feel your
pain." At the end of the speech -- the
let-no-crisis-go-to-waste part that tried to
leverage the Gulf Coast devastation to advance his
cap-and-tax climate-change agenda -- that Obama
became interested in what he was reading from the
teleprompter..
From Washington, by presidential command and with
tens of billions of dollars thrown around and with
the liberal conceit that scientific
breakthroughs can be legislated into existence,
Obama proposed to give us a new industrial economy
based upon technology advances that are not
achievable in anyone's crystal ball in the required
time frame.
Previous
administrations have tried to legislate technology
breakthroughs for decades with ethanol, which
remains a monumental boondoggle, economically
unviable and environmentally damaging, and
with Jimmy Carter's attempts with synfuels,
into which we poured billions. Bad technologies or
bad timing, they didn't provide any solutions.
Note that Obama no
longer talks about Spain, which until recently he
repeatedly
cited for its visionary
subsidies of a new clean energy
industries. Spain, unfortunately, is now on
the verge of bankruptcy, because of its reckless
embracing of the liberal mantra of "subsidize it and
it will overcome physics and economics". They are
now pledged to reverse their disastrously
bloated public spending, including severe cuts in
subsidies to its
uneconomical photovoltaic
industry. But this doesn't stop Obama
from thinking that he can mandate into being a
superior substitute. His argument is- if we
can put a man on the moon, why not this? Only
a technological illiterate could honestly attempt to
frame any argument on this premise.
Sadly, we don't know
how to make renewable energy that matchs the
efficiency of fossil fuels. In the interim, it is
Obama and his Democratic lemmings, who are unwilling
to use existing technologies to reduce our
dependence on foreign (i.e., imported) and risky
(i.e., deep-water) sources of oil -- twin
dependencies that Obama decried in Tuesday's speech.
He also ignores the relationship of our present
economic issues, including massive unemployment,
that he exacerbated by suspending operation of
operational deep water wells. All of this-the new
lost jobs, increasing dependency on foreign oil,
etc.- is all due to his incompetent handling of the
spill, which if properly handled by GOVERNMENT,
would have resulted in no need for any Oval Office
speech.
Then he lies some
more. "Part of the reason oil companies are drilling
a mile beneath the surface of the ocean," said
Obama, is "because we're running out of places t\o
drill on land and in shallow water." Running out of
places on land? What about the Arctic National
Wildlife Refuge or the lesser known
National Petroleum Reserve
-- 23 million acres of Alaska's North Slope, near
the existing pipeline and designated nearly a
century ago for petroleum development -- that have
been shut down by the federal government? Running
out of shallow-water sources? How about the Pacific
Ocean and its vast U.S. coastline? That's been
off-limits to new drilling for three decades. We
haven't run out of safer and more easily
accessible sources of oil. We've been run off
them by environmentalists who are willing to take
the benefits of a vibrant economy, but put emotion
and scientific illiteracy ahead of the best
interests of America.

don't know how we're going to get there."
Here's the Democrat plan. Tax carbon, spend
trillions and put government in control of the
energy economy, all based upon scientific guesses by
non-scientific people, with a track record of
failure upon failure.
Massachusetts Welcomes
Illegal Aliens
It didn't seem to
bother Massachusetts lawmakers, that illegal aliens were
living in their state, taking full advantage of social
safety programs for citizens, but all of a sudden, an
illegal alien with a high blood alcohol level, slams into
the rear of a car driven by a state legislator. A passenger
in the illegal aliens car is seriously hurt, and the illegal
aliens laughs in the faces of law enforcement.
What a dilemna. Enfore the laws
of Massachusetts and the United States, or kiss the butt of
the liberal pantywaists that infest their state.'
Just another reason to
support Arizona, and all the other states that put their
citizens first. We are tired of fightling "the road to
amnesty" for people that have no respect for our country.
Send them home. Give those with a job a guest worker permit,
and collect taxes. Comprehensive immigration reform does not
included citizenship for people that illegally trashed our

Dutch Consul Slams Obama's
Foot-dragging On Oil Spill
Three days after BP’s
Deepwater Horizon drilling
platform exploded in the
Gulf of Mexico, the
Netherlands offered to help.
Ships could have set about
clearing the oil using Dutch
sweeping arms, but the US
government didn’t take up
the offer. Dutch Consul
General Geert Visser in
Houston told Radio
Netherlands Worldwide he was
disappointed.
The US response, says Mr
Visser: “‘Thanks for
your help, but at the
moment we can manage
ourselves.’ And that was
it.” He puts the
reticence down to pride.
Late
Weeks later the pride
was forgotten and the US
came to the Dutch for
help after all. “Almost
a month later – a month
too late, of course –
Washington did make a
request to send the
sweeping arms to Houston
in Texas,” says Mr
Visser. “They arrived in
three 747s, ten days
later. They were then
transported to Louisiana
to be mounted on ships.”
US ships are now fitted
with the arms and should
be operational within a
few days. Each pair of
arms can clear around
20,000 tons of oil a
day.
Experience
Mr Visser thinks Dutch
experience with water
management and dyke
construction may have
played a role in the
change in US attitude.
“They evidently realised
that the Netherlands has
superior equipment that
can work quickly and
efficiently.” The US
also initially turned
down another Dutch
proposal. The Dutch
knowledge institute
Deltares and dredging
company Van Oord put
forward a plan to build
a sand dyke stretching
for dozens of kilometres
within three weeks. And
here too, Washington
came round in the end.
Jones Act
Not only capricious US
decision-making has made
life difficult for the
Dutch companies, but
also protective US
legislation. Consul
General Geert Visser’s
pet hate is the Jones
Act: “It means that
Dutch ships, or whatever
other ships not under a
US flag, can’t operate
in US waters.” According
to the Jones Act, all
goods in US waters have
to be transported by US
ships.
On Wednesday it was
announced that oil
company BP is increasing
its capacity to capture
the oil escaping from
the leaking well in the
Gulf of Mexico. The
company has installed a
cap over the well. From
next week it hopes to
increase the containment
capacity from around
15,000 barrels a day to
28,000.
This information is from
a
Dutch website.
Does this sound like the
news you hear or read on
the major media sources?
I don't think so. Why
not? Because it just
highlights the fact that
Obama has failed to act
responsibly once more.

inspire confidence in his

trip to the region to survey
the damage and meet with
officials, and on Tuesday
night delivered an address
to the nation from the Oval
Office. He was meeting with
BP executives on Wednesday
in Washington to press them
to compensate Gulf residents
suffering from economic
damages due to the spill.

Years ago I had a boss, that
if you walked into his office with a problem, you walked out
with two problems. The original problem, plus keeping him
assessed of your progress in solving it yourself. So
gobernors make your lives easy. Solve the problem by
yourselves.

Washington is borrowing
forty-three cents out of every dollar spent and the
national debt has soared past $13 trillion. Unemployment
remains sky-high - roughly 95% of the new jobs created last
month were temporary, taxpayer-funded Census jobs - as small
businesses struggle under Democrats' jobs-killing agenda.
While much of the reckless spending of the past has been
bi-partisan, it is a historical fact that the Democrats have
truly earned the description of "tax and spend". If you
exclude the impact and accompanying costs associated with
9/11, the Republicans have a much better record of creating
an environment of growth and steady employment. Even with
the effects of 9/11, the Republicans still kept the federal
growth rate and deficits within manageable limits, while
keeping America safe from additional terrorist attacks.
In 2008, there was a natural
electoral swing from the incumbents, and the Democrats sold
America on a platform of hope and change. They got Obama,
and we got Obama. What did we get? Another tax and spend
Democrat, but this time we also got a narcissist that thinks
he can do no wrong. Look at the record. Skyrocketing
deficits, skyrocketing national debt, increased taxes,
Obamacide which must be repealed to save our medical system,
reduced national security, dithering on most critical
decisions, extending problems, excessive unemployment
and no new jobs being created because of Obama incompetence
and insistence on debunked economic theories, and on and on
dumb actions by a president who does not have the
intellectual capacity to deal with presidential problems. He
is a talker, not a doer.
We're broke and millions are out of work. Americans are
demanding that Washington get its fiscal house in order. In
fact, I gave a letter to the president signed by 100
economists that says the best way to get control of the debt
and help create new jobs is to cut government spending. But
Democrats aren't listening. They're not even passing a
budget.For the first time in 36 years, the House of
Representatives won't pass a budget. But don't be fooled:
Democrats want more spending, more taxing, and more
government - they just don't want to have to vote for it in
an election year.
So when it is time to vote in November, don't listen to the
Democrats try to justify what they have done. Look at what
they have done, and you decide if it makes any sense to
burden your children, grandchildren, and beyond for the
reckless spending of the tax and spend National Socialist
Democrats. It's not what they say, it's what they do. They
are a party of community organizers reucing your standard of
living to increase theirs.

president Obama’s place in history
among his 42 predecessors. “Is
President Obama better or worse than
Jimmy Carter?” Shapiro asked.

you’d have to say he’s the worst
president in United States history.”

Did you know that the ACLU
has filed a suit to have all military cross-shaped
headstones removed? And another suit to end prayer from the
military completely. They're making great progress. The Navy

Most of the

Someone
once told me that "XXX" did many good things, so we should
overlook the bad. I replied that Mussolini got the trains to
run on time, and Hitler built good roads. My point is that
the good does not override the bad. Everybody does something
good, even by accident, but the pain and suffering they
engender to others is not compensated by a few good things.
In Obama's case, he is systematically destroying the lives
of millions of Americans. I don't need to go into details in
this article. The ACLU is a dying organization, that becomes
more and more out of touch with mainstream America every
day. Together, they are pests more than meaningful players
in the big picture of America. Obama will soon be
emasculated and then gone home, if they will have him. He
will have pyrriah status for years to come. The ACLU will
just fade away.

own incompetence. As Hillary Clinton said during the 2008
debates, when listing the accomplishments of her opponents,
for Obama, she said "he gave a speech". Well he has

pretty much saying that "it's not my fault" for everything
that has gone wrong since his inauguration. As Clint
Eastwood said in "In the Line of Fire" in describing the
White House chief of staff, "you're a sack of s_ _t, in a
cheap suit". That's what we have as the leader of the free
world, and the world knows it.

A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk
for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the
stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in
Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form,
hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not
exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now
teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
"There is no birth certificate," said
Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches
English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky.
"It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the
government there knows this."
Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended
up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic
nomination to Obama, told WND, "I managed the
absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters'
identity." He says during the 2008 campaign when the
issue of Obama's constitutional eligibility first arose, the
elections office was inundated with requests to verify the
birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.
We don't
know the truth any more than anyone else, but there is
sufficient doubt in Obama's truthfulness on a myriad of
subjects, to call again for Obama to present all the
documents he promised to provide the day after the election.
This includes his full birth certificate, his school
records, and answers to all the inconsistencies in his
background. We have not reason to believe Tim is lying, but
we have dozens of examples where Obama has lied.

Obama's plan to increase taxes
and your energy bills, to create
a carbon tax system that will

energy independent. In summary,

technological solution that
increases jobs and our

Democrats want to have a

a frenzied attack on Israel over the Turkish-facilitated
effort to end the naval blockade of Hamas-controlled Gaza.
In the process, the Obama administration’s Israel policy has
been outed.
With
virtually unprecedented speed and only hours to go before
the Lebanese presidency of the UN Security Council expired
at midnight on May 31st the Council unanimously agreed on a
Presidential Statement – with American approval. And in
Geneva, the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) unanimously
decided to invent new procedural rules and hold its
first-ever “urgent debate”, with no objection from the
United States.

Various polls
have shown that most Americans support Arizona on the issue
of illegal aliens invading the U.S. The federal government
puts their nose into any issue they want to, spending us
into bankruptcy, and increasing our taxes, but they cannot
seem to address issues that are clearly defined by our
Constitution.
The
extremist liberals/progressives/communists of our country
also don't understand, or don't choose to understand that
America is NOT a democracy, but a Constitutional Republic.
The difference between the
two types of government is substantial in that a
Constitutional Republic is based upon laws. If you don't
like them, change them.
A democracy is essentially a
nation that operates by forms of majority rules. Within the
Constitutional Republic, laws are created, changed, and/or
repealed by a democratic process, which does not make the
system of law a Democracy.
Words are important, and the
rule of law is important. You cannot have equal justice if
outcomes are based on current popularity. Our system works,
so therefore that says that the federal government is 100%
wrong in not enforcing our national security and immigration
laws. We have become a nation of chumps, and it has to stop.

Obama Administration Incompetence Whose Fault Is It?
We
have been listening to excuses for over a month.
Obama and the EPA are directed by the Clean
Water Act to take charge of problem on day 1 of
a spill. The fact that they have been avoiding
taking responsibility for the direction and
control of the problem, is another example that
these people are the Keystone Cops of politics.
The Clean Water Act clearly directs the
President and the administration to be in charge
of all clean-up and containment activities
starting on day 1. This is another example of
their incompetence. More to come on this story

The Sestak Smell Test
Politics as usual for the Democrats? Why not.
Breaking the law, manipulating elections, etc. is OK with them, if they
are the ones doing it.
Their latest excuse is that the law was not intended to make this
activity illegal. OK, what about Scooter Libby. The Republicans made the
same claim about what Scooter was accused of. A grand jury thought
otherwise. The solution to this issue is easy. Put them all under oath,
and let's see if the White House story and Sestak's story make sense
when everyone is under oath. Either Sestak is guilty of lying for
political
gain, or the White House is covering up an activity they knew to be a
felony....and Obama knew all about it. Either way, the Democrats have
done it again. First they jam Obamacide down the throats of a society
that rejects it, then they have a crazed spending spree indebting us
for generations, and now they are absolving themselves of felonies, that
just a couple of years ago, they were going after Scooter Libby's scalp,
for a similar issue of - in their words- misusing a law not intended for
the activity in question.
A tip of
the cap to White House counsel on preparing a memo that, on
its face, would appear to let a bit of air out of charges of
wrongdoing. But some of it just isn't scanning.Let's look
back at what Rep. Sestak
told local TV host Larry Kane
in February.
KANE: "Were you
ever offered a
federal job
to get out of this race?"
SESTAK: "Yes."
KANE: "Was it secretary of the Navy?"
SESTAK: "No comment"
Later Kane asks again, "Was
there a job offered to you by the White House?" to which
Sestak nods and replies "yes, someone offered it." Kane asks
"It was big right?" Sestak replies, "Let me "no comment" on
it." "Was it high-ranking?" Kane asked. Sestak said yes.
That was February. Since
then, Sestak has mostly "no commented." But as recently as
last Sunday, he
confirmed: "I was offered a
job, and I answered that." Contrast that with the White
House memo, which says that Sestak was considered only for
non-compensated "advisory positions" and that he had no
direct contact with White House officials. But Sestak
confirms to Kane that the White House offered him a
job, or at least he fails to disabuse Kane of that notion in
his affirmative answer. And note Sestak assents that he was
offered a high-rankingfederal job. Each
word here is important.
There are
more than 60 boards,
commissions and committees that at one time or another have
advised the president. Most are not considered
"high-ranking" administration positions, nor upgrades from a
House seat, let alone a seat in the Senate. Besides, though
vague on details, both the White House memo and Sestak use
the words "Advisory Board," of which there are only
two currently active: The
Economic Recovery Board and the Intelligence Advisory Board.
Sestak is no economist, so the most logical conclusion to
draw from the White House memo — that "By virtue of his
career in public service, including distinguished military
service, Congressman Sestak was viewed to be highly
qualified to hold a range of advisory positions. . .while
holding his House seat" — is that Sestak was being
considered for the Intelligence Advisory Board. The only
problem with that option, as the NYT reported, is
that Sestak could not have retained his House seat
while serving.
In short, it appears
that there is no "advisory position" in existence that
Sestak would 1) be qualified for and 2) consider preferable
to a Senate run and 3) allow him to retain his House seat.
Which brings us to the word "job." Sestak uses it himself,
not "position" or "role" or "advisory capacity" or anything
else. Federal jobs pay (just ask Derb). Jobs bring clout.
Jobs open up, in the
language
of the White House memo, "alternative paths to service"
(read: power) that could give a man second thoughts about a
Senate run. Could this just be sloppy language from Sestak?
Maybe, maybe not.
Larry Kane
gives a behind-the-news
blow-by-blow off the
question
that set this whole
business
off, and reveals he was prompted to ask the question after
two reliable sources told him the White House had "dangled a
high level job offer to Sestak, to give a clear path to
Senator Specter for the nomination." If only we knew those
sources.
The Cover-Up Begins Clinton and Sestak going under
the bus! It only took 3 months for Obama's lawyers to arrive
at this phoney excuse. If this is true, it tells you that they
knew it was wrong,and they deliberately tried to subvert the law
in order to break the law and get away with it. Let's get them all
under oath to repeat it. Clinton's testimony will be suspect
no matter what he says, as he is a convicted perjurer.
The White
House asked former President
Bill Clinton to talk to Rep.
Joe Sestak about the
possibility of obtaining a
senior position in the Obama
administration if he would
drop out of the Democratic
primary race against
establishment-backed Sen.
Arlen Specter, the Obama
administration said in a
report released Friday
morning.
The
report, by the
White House Counsel's
office,
said Sestak was offered jobs
in the executive branch that
were uncompensated.
A White
House official said these
were for advisory boards.
One of the jobs specifically
discussed with Sestak was
the president's intelligence
advisory board. But a White
House official said the plan
was for Sestak to always
remain in the House and he
couldn't have served in the
House and on the president's
intelligence advisory board.
The
report also described the
Clinton conversations as
informal and unhinged from
any precise job offer since,
as a former president,
Clinton could not guarantee
Sestak anything. The
conversations with Sestak
were initiated by Clinton at
the behest of White House
Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel,
who was the political
director when Clinton was
president. Clinton had
promoted Sestak to vice
admiral and made him his
director of defense policy.
Sestak was a loyal and
tireless supporter of
Hillary
Clinton's
run for the presidency in
2008.
The
report comes one day after
President Obama said the
White House would issue a
formal explanation that
should answer questions
about Sestak's allegation of
a job offer and insisted
"nothing improper" happened.
On the same day, Clinton had
lunch with Obama. When told
about the Clinton
revelation, Rep. Darrell
Issa, R-Calif., who has been
leading the charge for more
details on the allegation,
said, "This is punishable by
prison. This is a felony."
"This is about the White
House. This is not about
Congressman Sestak," Issa
said, adding that he wants
to know what Clinton was
empowered to say. "They've
answered a question and it
begs many more answers," he
said. "We want elections not
to be appointments."

research at Harvard Business School
began with the premise that as a state's
congressional delegation grew in stature
and power in Washington, D.C., local
businesses would benefit from the
increased federal spending sure to come
their way.
It turned out quite the opposite. In
fact, professors Lauren Cohen, Joshua
Coval, and Christopher Malloy discovered
to their surprise that companies
experienced lower sales and retrenched
by cutting payroll, R&D, and other
expenses. Indeed, in the years that
followed a congressman's ascendancy to
the chairmanship of a powerful
committee, the average firm in his state
cut back capital expenditures by roughly
15 percent, according to their working
paper, "Do Powerful Politicians Cause
Corporate Downsizing?"
"It was an enormous surprise, at least
to us, to learn that the average firm in
the chairman's state did not benefit at
all from the unanticipated increase in
spending," Coval reports.Over a 40-year
period, the study looked at increases in
local earmarks and other federal
spending that flowed to states after the
senator or representative rose to the
chairmanship of a powerful congressional
committee.
The results of this study parallel the
results forecast and demonstrated many
times before. In the absence of
expanding debt, the money supply
dictates the impact on private
employment from government spending.
Obamas intellectually barren attempt to
implement a Keynsian solution to the
current fiscal crisis, has failed as
predicted by most economists and by
history, and has expanded debt with
little impact on unemployment or the
duration of the recession. He could have
found this out by reading a history
book. Keynsian solutions have never
worked in the history of the world. Over
and over, it has been proven that when
the private sector grows, and the public
sector shrinks, the total impact results
in reduced unemployment and more income
to the government. But that's Obama. He
proves every day, that he and his
sycophants are amateurs in most
areas, particulary in financial matters.

One would think
that with an army of speechwriters, and a bevy of
teleprompters, if you are going to say something about an

apologizing for our success and moral leadership of the
world, embracing Communist/Socialist philosophies,

The Obama statement is an insult to the Pearl
family, and every American that believes that freedom of the
press was conferred by our Constitution with the obvious
assumption that the press would tell the unbiased truth, and
would serve as the watchdog for the people, on the actions
of government. Obama's statement is hypocritical.
Truth Telling-Democrat
Definition While this might not meet the
definition of truth for most Americans, this is about the limit of truth
telling
for Democrats, unless they are under oath.....and even then, history
says they may still be lying.
What is so difficult
for Obama and company. By their stalling tactics, one might
think that they are looking for volunteers to be thrown
under the bus for Obama. Their arrogance combined with their
disregard for the Constitution, their preferences to lie and
obscure....well they have dug themselves a hole.
For Democrats, you have a
near term choice. Get Sestak to admit he is a liar, then try
to get him elected Senator from Pennsylvania (maybe he would
sit next to the Connecticut liar, Blumenthal).
Their alternative choice is
to get a volunteer in the White House to say that it is
creditable that someone other than Obama could authorize the
job offer of Secretary of the Navy to Sestak, and he would
be dumb enouth to believe it was a creditable offer.
Connecticut Is
Called The Land of Steady Habits. From Tom Dodd (censured by the Senate for
stealing campaign funds), to Lowell Weicker (who promised no income tax
if he were elected governor...he lied), to Chris Dodd (another serial
liar), and now Richard Blumenthal (serial liar, enforcer
of non-existant laws, ignores real laws). It's too bad the steady habits
are to elect low-lifes to congress. Blumenthal is
just another typical liberal....do as I say, not as I do.
A simple question for
Blumenthal the serial liar running to replace the serial
liar Chris Dodd, who followed in his father's footsteps as a
corrupt politician from Connecticut.
What law was he enforcing when
he attacked employees of AIG who had contracts that
called for bonuses based on their individual performance.
Big deal, just another contract we can ignore. After
all, the Dems ignore the Constitution.
According to Blumenthal, they
didn't meet his definition of deserving to have their
contract fulfilled.
Obama the Obvious Sometimes, his brain confuses his
mouth with his you know what, and instead of pearls of wisdom coming
from
his lips, he speaks dingleberries.
We already know what
the Democrats do when they have too much power, so how could
anyone vote to give them any more power.
Has Obama improved the life of
anyone on earth besides himself?
It is time for everyone to
take a deep breath and decide for themselves. Am I a
Democrat, a Republican, an Independent or an American first.
If you are an American, you cannot support the cancer that
grows in the White House. This guy is take your pick, a

Liars, Will Hope To Stock Up in 2010 Richard Blumenthal, running to
replace Serial Liar Dodd, seems to be an ideal Dem candidate, but his
past
is catching up with him, as the NY Times is having a field day exposing
his history of lying for the sake of lying.
Did the Dems pick him because he is an adept serial liar, or in spite of
him being a serial liar?

Richard Blumenthal, the so called “Jewish
Jack Kennedy,” has a problem. After
being touted as a sure bet to take the retiring
Chris Dodd’s Senate seat, he is scrambling with
damage control after the
NY Time's report
on a slight little error in what he said was his
Vietnam service record. We have learned
something important since the days that I served
in Vietnam,” Mr. Blumenthal said to the group
gathered in Norwalk in March 2008. “And you
exemplify it. Whatever we think about the war,
whatever we call it — Afghanistan or Iraq — we
owe our military men and women unconditional
support.”
There was one problem: Mr. Blumenthal, a
Democrat
now running for the United
States Senate, never served in
Vietnam. He obtained at least five military
deferments from 1965 to 1970 and took repeated
steps that enabled him to avoid going to war,
according to records. The deferments allowed Mr.
Blumenthal to complete his studies at
Harvard; pursue
a graduate fellowship in England; serve as a
special assistant to The Washington Post’s
publisher,
Katharine Graham;
and ultimately take a job in the Nixon White
House.
In 1970, with his last deferment in jeopardy, he
landed a coveted spot in the Marine Reserve,
which virtually guaranteed that he would not be
sent to Vietnam. He joined a unit in Washington
that conducted drills and other exercises and
focused on local projects, like fixing a
campground and organizing a Toys for Tots drive.

Mexico, the

Is it any wonder that most
Mexican citizens will flee Mexico to achieve a below poverty
living in the US. With this as a starting
point, the latest idiot president of Mexico, Felipe Calderon,

that they move Mexico to the southern border of Russia or China.

think these guys were doing something in the best
interests of the citizens of the US and Mexico.

destroy us. We have the two kings of TARP trying to
figure out how to keep the US and Mexico afloat
until the elections are over. TARP by the way is
TOXIC ASSETS RECOVERY PLAN. They are the toxic
assets. Nobody including them, knows what the
recovery plan is relative to immigration reform. For
Mexico, it is for the US to take all Mexicans that
can't take care of themselves, ship them to America,
and have them send whatever money they earn back to
Mexico. For Obama, his plan is to register as many
Mexicans a possible as Democrats, so that he can
create a constituency of people totally dependent
upon Obama being re-elected for life. If any country needed a
regime change, it is Mexico. Their leaders just
prance about, posing as statesmen, while looting the
treasury, and doing little or nothing to solve the
legitimate problems of the people. Gee, this
sounds like a description of our so-called leaders.
Somebody is Lying Take your choice. Either
the Democrat candidate for Senator from Pennsylvania (Joe Sestak)
is a liar, or Obama/White House
has committed a felony, by offering a bribe to Sestak to drop
out of the race with Specter. Regardless of outcome on who's
lying,
Sestak voted for Obamacide, Cap & Trade, the Stimulus, and the
rest of the Obama agenda. If you think Obama has improved
America, then Sestaks votes are correct. If you don't agree with
Obama's agenda, do not vote for Sestak. He is a sycophant of
Obama.

In February 2010,
Sestak told Larry Kane, a local talk-show host, that
the White House offered a "high ranking" job to him
to convince him to drop his primary challenge of
Arlen Specter, whom Obama supported.
Initially, the Obama White House denied the
accusation. According to a FOX News report: "White
House official told FOX News that Sestak is expected
to 'clarify' the allegation." But Sestak didn't take
the hint... he didn't "clarify" the accusation. He
has stood by his statement and told FOX News: "I was
asked a direct question yesterday and I answered it
honestly."
The legacy media dropped the matter. But Rep.
Darrell Issa (R-CA) wrote to Attorney General Eric
Holder to appoint a Special Prosecutor to
investigate the allegation that the White House had
committed a felony . And recently, just prior to the
Pennsylvania primary, Issa confronted Holder
directly... but Holder REFUSED to comment on the
matter. When Issa questioned Holder on why he had
not responded to his request for a Special
Prosecutor; Holder simply said that he thought he
had responded to the request and offered his
apologies. Is it possible that Sestak lied... or
that he was simply mistaken?
It seems unlikely as White House Press Secretary
Robert Gibbs issued the following carefully guarded
statement to the press: "I'm told whatever
conversations have been had are not problematic" and
Gibbs added that the matter was "in the past." This
is not how an accusation of bribery of a
public official (Sestak) is investigated. This is
accepting the word of the accused felon if they are
guilty or innocent. This is not how we handle
criminal investigations in this country. It is the
obligation of the Attorney General to conduct a
legitimate investigation into which party is lying,
thereby identifying 1) for the voters of
Pennsylvania if Sestak is a liar, or 2) who in the
White House is responsible for committing a felony.
Stonewalling... obstruction... but it's clear by
Gibbs statement that someone made Sestak an offer.
It is up to the Attorney General's office to
determine the content and context of that offer, and
resolve the issue following the law, and telling all
Americans the facts. Keeping in mind that only Obama
has the authority to appoint an individual to his
own cabinet, the only question that remains is; what
did Obama know and when did he know it. The American
people deserve to know who is lying !!

issued today in Fortune Magazine and reported by CNN
indicates that the dire warnings of ObamaCide
critics concerning the consequences of approving the
costly legislation are
in fact well-founded.
The report points to internal documents from AT&T,
Verizon, John Deere, and several other large
corporations which show that executives are, in
fact, looking at the option of dropping healthcare
coverage for employees due to what they are sure
will be unsustainable increases in costs. These
costs will be so prohibitive that it would benefit
the corporations to pay the government fines
instead.

It was
further reported that Republican lawmakers are
crafting a new health care bill that will eliminate
the onerous features of Obamacide, and will not
require increased taxes or cuts to Medicare, while
meeting all of the bi-partisan access features of
recent Republican alternative bills that were
rejected by Democrats because they were market
based, not government based. The bills will be
disclosed prior to the November 2010 elections.
Republican spokespersons anticipate implementing the
bill will start before Obamacide coverages would
have started under the Obama plan, whether the bill

Postal Services created a stamp with a picture of
Obama on it. They got some feedback that the
stamp was not sticking to envelopes. This enraged
the President, who demanded a full investigation.
After a month of testing and $1.73 million in
congressional spending, a special presidential
commission presented the following findings:
The stamp was in perfect order, and there was
nothing wrong with the glue on the back of the
stamp.
They next sent survey teams into the field, to
follow stamp purchasers to see what could possibly
be the reason the stamps don't adhere to the
envelopes. The survey teams reported back to
congress their unanimous conclusions.
People were spitting on the wrong side of the
stamp !

in Politics, Then Blasts Tea Party !
Oooooh ! His
words have America shaking in their boots. Hey Obama
! Wake-up! Whatever criticism offends you today,
brace
yourself for a lot more. We can remember the
personal political attacks by Democrats since the
Eisenhower presidency. This is what
your party does. Now that you have a record to be
ashamed of, you are getting the attacks,
interestingly, not just by the Republicans,
but by mainstream America...the Tea Party. That says
something about your performance! Nothing personal,
just business.

I think the image is appropriate.
Let this image
do while we search for a more appropriate image to
illustrate the hypocrisy of this....fraud ! The
article that
motivated these comments is not material. The
heading says it all, and most viewers, if not all,
recognize the facts that Obama is just reacting like
a frightened child. Terms like "the Republicans are
being taken over by tea baggers", reflects his
narcissistic knee jerk reaction to the though of any
criticism, not the content.
Why should not all
Americans react negatively to the agenda of a
person with little grasp of reality, driven by a
lack of knowledge and experience. If there every was
a President who was an empty suit, this is the guy.
One might ask what has he done right? What has he
accomplished? When has he told the truth? Where is
the proof of his minimal qualifications tor the
presidency? Certainly, when you remove his lap-dog
base, the WOGS of America, this guy is rejected by
the American people by virtually every voting bloc
in America except the radical left wing extremist
Democrats. He may decry the incivility that has long
been the modus operandi of the Democrat party, but
his performance deserves whatever the people of
America want to call him. What ever it is, that is
the way he is perceived. The tea party? More genuine
American patriots than Congress. Congress and the
Democrats have been the enablers and the stewards of
decay physically and morally in this country. The
values of the Tea Party are the values of America.
Not Obama, not Pelosi, and not Reid. They are
temporary irritants and pests. They will be gone
shortly, but the spirit of the Tea Party will exist
forever in this country, whether they are marching
on DC, or sitting at home because we have a
government that works for the people, and represents
the will of the American people.
The
Race-Baiter/Liar-in-Chief Strikes Again ! Obama in
running for "Pest of the Year"
Speaking at a Town
Hall meeting in Iowa, Obama told the following
whopper: "You can imagine
if you are a Hispanic American in Arizona, your
great grandparents may have been there before
Arizona was even a state. Now suddenly if you don't
have your papers and you take your kid out for ice
cream and you're going to be harassed, that's not
the right way to go."
That's an extremely deceptive and misleading
statement. As previously stated, the Arizona law
specifically PROHIBITS "profiling." Under the
Arizona law, a law enforcement officer simply CANNOT
stop or detain a person randomly... without cause...
(or because that person "looks Hispanic").
If, on the other hand, a law enforcement officer
stops a person for some legitimate reason... for
example... running a red light... or breezing past a
stop sign... the officer then has some latitude to
inquire or check the person's status. And why is
that important? Here's a real-life tragedy that
might put the Arizona law in perspective, courtesy
of the Heritage Foundation:
"Mohammad Atta, one of the 9/11 hijackers, was
pulled over in a traffic stop two days before the
9/11 attacks. If the officer had inquired about
Atta, he might have discovered that Atta was in the
country illegally and might have prevented his
participation in the attacks." That's possibly why
Arizona state senator Russell Pearce said that those
who are against the new Arizona law are... in
actuality... "against law enforcement, our citizens
and the rule of law."
The Arizona legislation will simply remove the
"political handcuffs" from police... nothing more...
nothing less... and Barack Obama knows it.
And a note to Rick Perry. Just
saying the Arizona law is not for Texas is NOT
ENOUGH ! If you want our votes, you must do
better than this....or goodbye to you also. We want
border security, and we don't want ILLEGAL ALIENS to
be rewarded for cutting into the legal immigration
line.

recognize a few of these media midgets, but these are the
people that are attacking Arizona for protecting its
citizens from invasion by criminals from across our
border with Mexico. They are all criminals to various
extents, but the minute they illegally cross that border,
they are criminals regardless of their motivations. Drug
smugglers, kidnappers, extortionists, and just plain illegal
aliens rejecting life in their homelands. It doesn't take a
Constitutional scholar to read the Constitution, where it
clearly states that it is the responsibility of Congress to
protect our borders to prevent invasion of our country.
Invasion is defined as a non-citizen illegally here, that
deprives a US citizen of their rights. Simple and to the
point, one person qualifies as an invader. Once again,
Congress has failed to do their job, not because of lack of
money, but because they are cowards. They see the illegal
aliens as potential voters. More of course for the
Democrats, because they take the position of acting like
children, loving illegal aliens, while the Republicans must
be the adults making sure that the government works in
the best interests of the citizens of the United States. We
all know that the Republic of the United States of America
is a nation based on law, not voter registration
manipulations of the Democrats.
You can read all you want about
Arizona's law, but if you take the time to
read it, you will see that it is essentially saying that
Arizona law enforcement will enforce existing federal law,
using techniques which have all been previously adjudicated.
The people above, and others are essentially encouraging
others to penalize Arizona for following the law that the
people that wrote the laws will not enforce. This says
something about the quality of people in congress, who as we
have previously noted, are representing themselves and their
party, over the will of the people they represent. Previous
polls and surveys, as well as the Presidential and
Congressional oaths require that these people enforce
compliance with the US Constitution. They have all violated
their oaths of office.
The media
does not have any oath of truth, integrity, fair and
unbiased reporting, because our forefathers stated
that they were required to have the freedom to gather news
and communicate that news to the population. Of course
during that time period, they were the only way available to
communicate the news. Unfortunately, our forefathers didn't
anticipate that these people would, like congress, represent
their personal bias and their superiors at the expense of
truth and integrity. In spite of the obvious bias of the
media, the American people rise above their bias's, to find
the truth, and spread the facts via modern communication
means. Thank god for the Internet, Facebook, Twitter, and
all the other advances that allow us to find the facts,
rather than listen to these sycophants of the Democrat
party. Their ratings show that their influence ebbs each
time they open their mouths.

(CMS) released a new analysis of ObamaCare, confirming that
our nation’s health care costs will increase rather than
decrease under ObamaCare. This violates a pledge President

• National health care expenditures will increase by $311
billion.
• Health care increases to 21% of GDP by 2019.
• ObamaCare spends more than $828 billion for health care
coverage. (CMS didn’t analyze all the tax increases, such as

• The government will spend $410 billion to expand Medicaid.
• Medicaid enrollment increases by 20 million new
beneficiaries.
• 18 million people will be uninsured (excluding 5 million
illegal immigrants).
• Uninsured and those employers who don’t offer coverage
will pay $120 billion in taxes.
• 50% of seniors will lose their Medicare Advantage plans.
• Some of the Medicare cost-control mechanisms may not be
sustainable.
• Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS)
will run a deficit in 15 years.
• The $5 billion for High Risk Pools is not enough.
• Doctors may drop out of Medicare because of the changes in
Medicare reimbursement rates.
• Medicare “savings” may be difficult to achieve.
The Administration will not come close to keeping costs down
for American families and will cripple our economy as a
bloated entitlement program resting squarely on the
shoulders of the American taxpayers.

behind the financial melt-down and recession that put millions of
Americans out of work.
We concede that most
financial entities fall into a category similar to the Motor
Vehicle Departments of most states, and thereby could use
some reform. But the problem of the Wall Street bailouts had
nothing to do with their traditional business practices. It
had everything to do with Government secured mortgages
bundled and sold by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, via the
American securities industry. These pieces of paper were
backed by home mortgages issued to people that were unable
to pay for these mortgages, which in many cases were written
by banks encouraged/forced by Congress and Fannie and
Freddie to issue these high risk mortgages. A product of the
Carter administration, accelerated by the Clinton
administration, and when the Bush administration wanted to
increase regulations on Freddie and Fannie, they were
stonewalled by Barney Frank, Charles Schumer, Joe Biden,
Barack Obama, and other leading Democrats because Freddie
and Fannie were big contributors to the Democrats, and were
the employer of last resort for Democrat political hacks.

It seems to be quite a quandry for these two Democrats. Comply with their oath

We have an issue
here, not unlike the health care issue. There is an
underlying truth that should be addressed, but the issue
is then clouded by a power grab by politicians that
think more about themselves, than the people they are
supposed to represent. Everybody would agree that the
acquisition of coal (our most abundant source of energy)
should be done in a safe manner, doing everything we can
do to protect the lives of the miners, and have minimal
impact on the surrounding environment. That is a no
brainer.
However,
while clean air is also a priority relative to the end
users of coal to produce energy, we must also consider
the lives of a few million residents of West Virginia.
The question is whether we can find a solution that fits
all of the considerations. It is the American spirit of
"can do" that says that we can resolve these
issues favorably for all involved, while working towards
a better world and environment for future generations-
without leaving anyone or anyplace behind. All we really
need is politicians that can comply first with their
oath of office and the US Constitution, before following
the fantasies of an illiterate they elected by listening
to his lies, and their own thirst for power.
It's another sad day for
America to see these politicians squirm over issues that
that could be resolved easily if it wasn't for their
inbred selfishness and greed. It's time for these two to
go.

He drew parallels to words demonizing the government before Oklahoma
City, singling out words like "represent the will of the people"
which was being shouted out by the Tea Party folks recently.
On April 19, 1995, an anti-government duo, led by Timothy McVeigh
exploded a truck bomb outside the a Federal Building, killing 168
people. Clinton ignored the mass murder of American
citizens at
Ruby Ridge, and at the
Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas, under the
leadership of his Attorney General Janet Reno, "Clinton downplayed
his improper sexual exploitation of a young White House intern, and
his lies to America, his staff, Congress, a grand jury, and his
subsequent impeachment, fines, and suspension of his law license. Yes Bubba, no matter
how you try to change your legacy, it is what it is,
regardless of your feeble tries to make people forget it. You would
be well served if you restrict your own freedom of speech.

saying that Barack Obama isn’t an American citizen, we want someone
sitting next to him saying, ‘That’s right, he’s an alien from outer
space!’" Levin said.He added that organizers will attempt to
dismantle the Tea Party by accentuating the least attractive
qualities of some of its members.
"Do I think every member of the tea
party is a homophobe, racist or a moron? No, absolutely not," Levin
said. "Do I think most of them are? Absolutely." The Tea Party is

Joe Lieberman slammed the Obama
administration Sunday for
stripping terms like "Islamic
extremism" from a key national
security document, calling the
move dishonest, wrong-headed and
disrespectful to the majority of
Muslims who are not terrorists.
The
Connecticut independent revealed
that he wrote a letter Friday to
top counterterrorism adviser
John Brennan urging the
administration to "identify
accurately the ideological
source" of the threat against
the United States. He wrote that
failing to identify "violent
Islamist extremism" as the enemy
is "offensive." The letter was
written following reports that
the administration was removing
religious references from the
U.S. National Security Strategy
-- the document that had
described the "ideological
conflict" of the early 21st
century as "the struggle against
militant Islamic radicalism."
Lieberman told "Fox News Sunday" this isn't the first time the Obama administration has tried to tiptoe around referring to Islam in its security documents and that it's time to "blow the whistle" on the trend. "This is not honest and, frankly, I think it's hurtful in our relations with the Muslim world," Lieberman said. "We're not in a war against Islam. It's a group of Islamist extremists who have taken the Muslim religion and made it into a political ideology, and I think if we're not clear about that, we disrespect the overwhelming majority of Muslims who are not extremists."
Lieberman, in his letter, noted that prior Department of Homeland Security and Pentagon documents also did not refer to "Islamist extremism." He expressed dismay that the administration's review of the Fort Hood shooting, in which alleged shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan was said to have had contact with a radical cleric beforehand, omitted the term.
"Unless we're honest about that, we're not going to be able to defeat this enemy," Lieberman told "Fox News Sunday." "It's absolutely Orwellian and counterproductive to the fight that we're fighting."

Remembering Chester Arthur
Chester Arthur is the only president prior to
Obama who – after the grandfather clause of Article II, Section 1 of the
Constitution,
expired –that did not meet the eligibility requirements to be President of the
United States.
His father was a citizen of the United Kingdom, at the time of his birth. (read

There seems to be a
resurgence of the question of Obama's eligibility to
be President. While the people referred to as "birthers"
continue to have reason to believe that the absence
of a legitimate copy of Obama's official birth
certificate is sufficient to prove his
ineligibility, Obama supporters continue to
avoid answering these people and their
concerns and in general apply the Democrat modus operandi of
smearing anyone that disagrees with them. But people
that retain their doubts about Obama keep on
plugging, and have growing support because of his
anti-American posture on many issues and continuing
investigative reporting by concerned citizens.
So why does Chester Arthur enter the picture? Well, there is
a legitimate controversy over the term "natural born
citizen" Instead of explaining it here, read this article.

The article claims that Obama is not eligible as
a natural born citizen, because historical definition of the
term requires that both parents be citizens of the United
States, which is not the case for Obama.
His father was a citizen of Kenya and the United Kingdom at the time
of his birth. (sound familiar?) By definition,
Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. It is likely that the
early supporters of Obama thought they could pull a fast one
on the American public.
The Democrats
have an answer to this. Obama supporters have sought to use
Chester Arthur as precedent for justifying Obama's
eligibility. Such reliance is unfounded because it wasn't
known at the time Chester Arthur held office that he was
born with dual nationality by virtue of his father's
non-citizenship in the U.S.. That this was concealed from
the general public is confirmed by two important law review
articles. The fact that the Democrats believe that they have
to discredit the issue of his father not being a natural
born citizen of
the U.S. gives credence to the fact that the point made
about natural born, gives validity to people's concerns.
Time will tell who is correct. The Constitution and
supporting history say that Obama is NOT eligible to be
President.
One last
point struck me today, a couple of weeks after writing this
article. Why do the Democrats refer to people who want to
see Obama's real birth certificate, as 'birthers', other
than to denigrate their concern. I think we should
start calling them patriots that insist that the
Constitution be followed. Where did Obama get the authority
to not submit an official birth certificate? How did he
prove that he was 35 years old, a natural born citizen, and
spent 14 years in the US prior to the election. Fifty states
and the Federal election board must have insisted on proof
of all three criteria, or did these functions violate the
Constitution and should be fired. Doesn't Freedom of
Information laws require in each case, to provide what proof
was offered. Let's thank the Constitutional Patriots for
their perseverance. What is Obama hiding? Obama is
the birther. The one that will not or cannot prove that
he was eligible to run for the presidency. And what about
Biden? The same Constitutioin applies to him.

Nancy's
days as speaker of the house are
just about over. Her crazed
insistence on pushing the House

reform will inspire other house
members to revolt from her

ability to lead. A more moderate
Democrat will take the
speakership after the 2010
elections. Nancy will sulk until
the 2012 elections, and then
retire before those in her
district remove her in the
election.
Let us also not forget, that
Nancy, speaker since 2006, has
not brought any meaningful
legislation to fruition and
implementation. The House has
passed a few wacky bills to
satisfy the looney left wing of
their party, but nothing of any
substance has gotten through the
Senate.
Presidents
do not get to pick and choose
the state of the economy when
they take office. Many
presidents have inherited less
than ideal economies from their
predecessors, but they spent
their energies fixing problems
rather than assigning blame.
Except for Obama. He has been
blaming everyone but himself for
every situation he faces.
Unemployment was just over 7%
when he took office, and in less
than 12 months in office, he has
ignored it to the point where it
is now over 10%. Now after
resounding rejections of the
Democrat candidates and Obama's
agenda in Virginia, New Jersey,
and Massachusetts, he is
"getting angry" and throwing
blame around again- Wall Street,
the banks, and so forth.

This video is
lengthy, but highly interesting and revealing
for those concerned about this country's failing
energy policies, and wondering what we're going
to do about it. You may recall how the Bush
administration attempted to get congress to
address the energy issue, but their efforts were
blocked. Today, the problem is the same. Sen.
Lamar Alexander of Tennessee provides a good
analysis of the problem and his recommendations.
Wind turbines and
solar panels provide only a drop in the bucket
of our energy needs. Coal is out of favor, and
expanding drilling for domestic oil has been
blocked by Obama. U.S. refineries are old and
rapidly becoming inefficient. There've been no
nuclear power plants built since the 1970s. Our
country's Congress, national policies, and
hugely powerful environmental lobby obstruct
moving out of gridlock and solving the energy
problems. This situation is very bad today, but
will become much worse as each year slips away
and our energy requirements continue to
increase.
The
Face of Failure The "L" word,
the "S" word, or the "M"word. Whatever you call
him, he deceived you in 2008, and he continues to
spend more
time avoiding responsibility for what he said yesterday, than doing
anything productive today.
How many times can this guy
fail to do his job. He acts
more like a Hollywood
personality, than a leader.
Form before substance is how
Hollywood works, but people
who have lost jobs because
of the greed and
incompetence of the Obama's,
Pelosi's, Reid's, Biden's,
and other liberal,
socialist, and marxist
extremists of the Democrat
party are tired of Obama
prancing about the world
bowing to dictators and
collecting phony prizes
meant for people that have
accomplished something,
while unemployment grows.
This is not rocket science.
Previous administrations
have addressed recessions
and depressions, and the
formula for recovery is
remarkably similar in each
case. We know what fails and
we know what succeeds. What
made this narcissist think
that historically failed
methods would work this
time. While he fiddles with
failure, the unemployed are
still unemployed, and their
numbers are growing. You are
the problem Obama. Get out
of the way of America and
let free Americans solve the
problem you politicians
created. There are no cheers
for you and your
administration of failed
people and policies. Stay in
DC and do something
productive and stop wasting
AF-1 fuel on your ego trips.

Caffeine Party
in Hollywood
Obama
supporters from all walks, meet in
Hollywood, as their response to the
grassroots Tea Parties held by all Obama
detractors. By invitation only, they have
mobilized their most ardent supporters to
show why they support Obama and his
policies.
Detractors
to Obama consist of Republicans, Democrats,
Independents, Greenies, Libertarians, and
just about every political type in America,
all protesting the extremist left wing,
intellectually illiterate president who lets
his narcissism interfere with his
presidential oath of office.
The Tea
Parties have been joyous celebrations of
America, its history, and its values. And
they will continue until America elects a
president and congress that believes in the
same principles and values as the majority
of Americans, not the crazed illusions of
Obama and his supporters.
Who Caused the Financial
Mess and the Recession?
Obama blames George Washington and all his successors! If we listen to
the politicians, you would be led to believe that they had
no hand in it. But just listen to them talk on
video, and draw your own conclusions. If you can't take the
time to read this, take my word
on it. The Democrats are the architects of the financial
mess. The Republicans share some of the blame,
because they took the Democrats word that everything was OK.

Frank, Charles Schumer, Chris Dodd, Nancy
Pelosi, Harry Reid and other politicians try
to shift the blame for the housing mess.
George Bush did not create Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac and he did not ignore the
potential problems associated with
them. George Bush asked Congress in 2001 and
later to make changes because these GSE's
were time bombs that could wreck our
economy. His sentiments were echoed by John
McCain, Alan Greenspan, Treasury Secretary
John Snow and others, but they were blocked
for political reasons by Congress.
We are now experiencing the financial mess
that they predicted might happen. The first
group of Barney Frank thru Harry Reid are
presently spending their time blaming George
Bush for the problem. Watch the video, and
see who is really to blame.

Jimmy Carter and a
Democratic Congress, with good intentions, started
the program, Bubba pressured Fannie Mae to expand it
by taking more risky mortgages, and the Democrats
blocked fixing the problem when urged by George
Bush, Alan Greenspan and others, to fix it before it
becomes a major problem, as described by the article

Whose job was it to fix the
problem? Congress! Who were the major stumbling
blocks in Congress? BARNEY FRANK and
CHRIS DODD, the Democratic leaders of the
committees charged with oversight of Fannie Mae and
